Excellent stay overall. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and professional, and facilities were great. Good location and comfortable for business travellers. Highly recommended.

I like the fact that this hotel is in Melaka Town. All attractions is walking distance. Near Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, and many more. Oh not to forget, the parking spaces is free 👍🏼

This time I got a room on the opposite side instead of having a sea view like before. As long as there's a view, that's fine, but the Noble Resort is right next door (see picture).

This hotel isn't too far from Jonker Street, nor is it too close; it's quite near Dataran Pahlawan. A great and affordable dining option nearby is Family Corner. The hotel is very comfortable, with a swimming pool and a gym. All the in-room facilities worked well. The only downside is the carpeted floor, which can be a bit inconvenient as carpets are prone to getting dirty. Service was good.

Booked the deluxe suite which was good and big for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. And it comes with a small living area and mini kitchen which was good for preparing foods for kids. Just one area which the hotel can improve will be that the room cleaning can be better, eg. We requested for room cleaning but when we were back, the toilet basin was not cleaned at all, stains were able to be seen, which was disappointing.

Stayed at Townhouse Oak Melaka during my recent business trip to Melaka. The hotel’s location was very convenient — close to my workplace and surrounded by plenty of eateries and convenience stores, which made my stay easier. The room was simple and cozy, suitable for a short business trip. However, the cleanliness could be improved, especially the bedsheets and towels, which seemed seasoned and had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the price was affordable, and provides water dispenser and parking space, which are definitely useful facilities for guests. With better attention to cleanliness, this place could be a much more comfortable stay for business travellers.

Environment: The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset right from the room. Cleanliness: Very clean, both the bathroom and bedroom were great. Service: Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were happy to store our luggage. Facilities: All toiletries were provided.

The good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs. The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet. So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere. Note: Carpark is linked to hotel at Level 2 & 3.

The moment we arrived, an uncle came over very quickly to open the door for us, which made us feel really welcomed. Check-in was smooth, and they were also very kind to let us use their freezer to store our own things. The whole place felt very comfortable and relaxing, almost like coming back home. It was very clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was quite convenient too. The balcony was also really beautiful and made the stay even nicer. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again next time.

This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.
