I thought the room would be small, but it was actually quite spacious. It was comfortable for the kids to sleep in because it was so wide and large. The only thing is the bathroom is a bit transparent. It's really suitable for families since it has a playground and a pool.

Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy.

SGI has always been my to top option if I were to travel to Malacca. The staff are really helpful when it comes to attending the guest. The moment I stepped into the hotel from the lobby to the hallway, I could smell the lovely fragrance. The room and sheets are spotless. This hotel also provides parking reservation for accessible person as I’m travelling with my dad who needs to use a wheelchair. The family room is very well-equipped with fridge, microwave and kitchenette and comfortable for a family of 4-5 people.

I've been to many hotels in Melaka & rated this hotel the best..even location is little bit out of town but I'm puposely chosen this location to avoid jammed. Very nice with big room..only parking too controlled by security..allowing only one part open for parking. Pool also nice & well kept.

For two nights I stayed at the Central Melaka Hotel, it's convenient to go to food shops in front of the hotel, just cross the delicious food, Prata Bread, fried noodles, fried kwetiau, Tosai, pull tea drinks, halia tea and also coffee ☕️ you can also walk to Mortan village If you want to have breakfast at the hotel you can also .The hotel staff is friendly thank you

Had a wonderful stay at Rosa Malacca! The hotel has a unique industrial-chic design and every corner is Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Jonker Street and other attractions. Ample parking is also a big plus. Overall, Rosa Malacca offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and excellent service. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone visiting Melaka. Will definitely come back again!

It was great to be back at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka after our first stay four years ago. Since we had meetings at another hotel nearby, we decided to return because we had such a pleasant experience previously. We arrived around 1:30 pm, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. We were delighted that the hotel allowed us to check in early, and the entire check-in process was smooth and efficient. I had accidentally booked a room-only rate, but the staff kindly surprised us by complimentary breakfast for one morning. That thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. Of course, we were also happy to receive DoubleTree's famous warm chocolate chip cookies, which remain one of our favourite hotel welcomes. Our room was on Level 20 with a beautiful city view. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of Melaka. The only issue during our stay was the air-conditioning. On the first night, it stopped cooling and became quite warm, leaving us sweating in the middle of the night. After we reported the problem to the reception the next morning, the team promptly investigated the issue and arranged a room change for us. Their quick response and excellent service turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. Breakfast on Level 12, with its lovely city view, was a wonderful way to start each morning. Despite the minor air-conditioning issue, the warm hospitality and excellent customer service reminded us why we chose to return. We look forward to staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again on our next visit.
