Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I booked a classic king room this time, and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept wonderfully. The location of Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu is a major highlight. It's right by Qingcao Lake, offering a tranquil environment away from the city's hustle and bustle. A morning stroll by the lake was incredibly pleasant, making it a rare place where you can truly relax. In terms of service, the front desk staff were friendly and polite. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with no waiting involved. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, public areas were clean, and the hardware definitely lives up to a four-star standard. All in all, this stay was great value for money, perfect for travelers looking for a short break to recharge. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hsinchu.

This stay was a great experience. There is a large bathtub where you can take a bath together, and the bed and sofa are both large and comfortable. The most important thing is that the floor is carpeted which is a plus ❤️! The breakfast counter will ask us to choose one first and hang it at our door the next morning, which is very considerate!

I chose this place for a short business trip primarily because it offered parking. I overlooked the 6 PM check-in time, so I had to go out and kill some time before returning. I had originally picked it thinking it was closer to Fukutang Ganban-yoku (rock bath). There are hardly any shops or amenities nearby, and it's located on a very busy road. The price wasn't particularly cheap either. At night, you can feel subtle tremors, almost like mini-earthquakes, caused by the frequent passage of large trucks. Earplugs are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Personally, I was so utterly exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and slept, so it didn't bother me too much!

第四次入住 設備年代感較明顯 但地理位置優越是不爭的事實 附近吃喝玩樂都有 可在下午3點半入住 較一般汽旅方便 傍晚外出時告知櫃檯人員房間的蓮蓬頭有點狀況 櫃檯人員有確認是否允許工作人員 在我不在房內時進去處理 這個詢問相當貼心 晚上回房間時已更換成新的蓮蓬頭 浴室的門是電動門 按鍵並不是很精準 浴室內牆上的電視控制按鍵故障 無法調整音量與選台 早餐選擇多樣 送餐也準時 下次若再來新竹辦事 還是會選擇入住 但若是有攜伴 可能會選擇設備更好的住宿選項

The room is simple and clean, but the tables and chairs in the room are old and the bathroom is small. The breakfast has fewer types and is replenished quickly. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot downstairs is a bit scary. It is more convenient to cooperate with the market parking lot.

Very nice hotel, old but gold. 😍 the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is great. Near mrt station and other tourist attraction. We will definitely check in again in this hotel soon. 🤗

Booked a special offer room. The room was small, you could only exit from one side. There was a water dispenser, so no bottled water was provided. The bathroom had a shower, no bathtub, but it was quite spacious. The location is excellent, and breakfast was decent. I didn't see any toast after 9:30 AM and didn't ask the kitchen staff for any.
