Because my child wanted to see the room in advance, the front desk attendant enthusiastically took us up to see it, even though my reservation hadn't been found at that time. They weren't at all perfunctory. Since the extended service on my order couldn't be used due to late check-in, the front desk even specially sent a fruit platter. The staff delivered the hangers I needed, and even the kettle I left at the front desk during check-in was promptly delivered to my room! 3. Check-in convenience is maximized.
