"The hotel's location is really good. The airport shuttle goes directly to it, and it's not a long walk from Yeongdeungpo subway station. There are plenty of food and drink options across from the hotel, and an Olive Young just around the corner. As previous reviews mentioned, the double room is indeed close to the train tracks, but there's some soundproofing. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. I was out early and back late, so I was so tired at night that I slept right through it and didn't find it too disruptive. For sensitive sleepers, I'd recommend earplugs. The room isn't huge; there isn't enough space to lay out two suitcases on the floor, but it was cleaned very well every day. For a holiday period, the price offers excellent value for money."

"Excellent! The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food. There's even an OY (shopping area/department store, assuming 'oy' is a typo for a local landmark or shopping area) nearby to explore. We were only there for a short time as we were attending concerts for two days, but we slept very well. There were 3 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, so we didn't have to worry about being thirsty. If Inspire is still open next time, we'll definitely stay here again~"

"We had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless. While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right at Yongsan Station Exit 3. Just follow the elevated walkway, enter the 'Food Exchange' and you'll find the elevator. This is the second floor; take the elevator down to the first floor for the Novotel lobby. The Mercure, Ibis, and Novotel are all connected. Continue through the Novotel lobby to the other end to reach the Ibis front desk. Check-in and luggage storage are very convenient. Given it's Seoul and the excellent transportation links (subway, ITX, KTX from Yongsan Station are all very accessible), the hotel's price is comparable to downtown Shanghai 🤣, but when you factor in potential taxi costs for getting around, it offers really good value for money. Plus, the room isn't small, the environment is quiet and comfortable, with complimentary mineral water and a kettle, and the toiletries are of good quality. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice and modern hotel. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t book breakfast because outside of the hotel are various breakfast options so we decided to save some money. The spa was very nice and clean. The cleanliness in the room was ok but could have been a little better. It was nice to have the options with different pillows. For us the mattress was very hard, but it might be normal in Korea. Location was really good and we appreciated the great ride with the airport shuttle. We felt like celebrities 😉"

"Honestly, I really love staying at this hotel, and I try to book it every time I visit Korea. People have heard enough about the pros, so this time I'll just focus on the cons: 1. The room only provides two bottles of water, and there's no public water dispenser. If you're comfortable with the language, you can call the front desk for free refills. However, if there's a language barrier, your only option is to fill and boil water from the bathroom tap. 2. There's a shuttle bus advertisement (provided by the district office) posted on the ground floor, but the front desk doesn't proactively promote it. Remember to take a good look and snap a photo for your reference. 3. I'll write about the next point in my following review."

"Extremely satisfied! The overall ambiance has a very Japanese feel. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back and relax in the bathtub. It's not particularly close to Gongdeok Station, probably a 10-15 minute walk, but it's closer to Mapo. If you're traveling by bus, it's super convenient as there's a bus stop right downstairs. Plus, there's a Twosome Place, Olive Young, McDonald's, and Starbucks right below, and a food street with lots of dining options just across the road."

"My stay at HOTEL BOTANIK's Deluxe King Room in Myeongdong exceeded my expectations. The room had a modern, apartment-style feel with brand new facilities and full amenities, making it ideal for those planning a longer stay in Seoul. The in-room amenities were definitely the highlight. The air conditioning had a control panel for temperature adjustment, and it came equipped with an AirDresser, a washer-dryer combo, a separate fridge and freezer, an induction hob, and a microwave oven. Inside the cabinets, there was even a wine cooler, wine glasses, and mugs, giving it the feel of a small boutique apartment. Charging was also convenient, with both USB and Type-C outlets available, and the bidet toilet had a full range of functions. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation design, and the water pressure was consistent, making for a very comfortable shower. However, there were a few things to note: The kitchenware provided was quite basic, with only two plates, which might be insufficient if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Also, laundry detergent wasn't provided in the room, but you could purchase it at the front desk if needed. There are several construction sites near the hotel, but surprisingly, the soundproofing was excellent during my stay, with no noticeable noise at night. My sleep quality was quite peaceful. Overall, this hotel is more of a ”high-functional type” accommodation. The facilities are new and highly practical, feeling more like staying in a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel. It made for a very comfortable stay."

"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-kept, and spacious. The room layout is thoughtful, featuring a side couch and a dedicated work desk with a chair—perfect for those who need to get some work done. Check-In Experience Do note that the check-in time is strictly 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, the staff will ask you to leave your luggage at the reception for the time being while you wait or explore the area. Room Amenities The hotel is very generous with amenities. Unlike many places now, they still provide disposable toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver/cream, shower cap, etc.) and slippers. The room also includes: *Bathrobes, a hairdryer, and an iron. *Daily replenished bottled water, coffee, and tea. *Netflix is available on the TV (though please note there is a fee, and the interface is in Korean). Note: The only downside for me was the lack of a bidet in the toilet, which is a personal preference, but otherwise, the room was perfect. Facilities The 10th floor is a great resource hub, housing the Gym, Board Room, Ice Machine, and Microwave. There is also a laundry room with one washer and one dryer. Dining The buffet breakfast was the absolute highlight of my stay! It offers a delicious mix of American and Korean dishes. The quality, preparation, and taste were all top-notch—definitely don't skip it. 7am-10am (9am last entry) Location & Transport Tips Walking: Both Sindorim and Guro stations are about a 10–11 minute walk away. Bus: There is a bus stop right outside the main entrance. Pro Tip: if you want to save your legs, catch Bus #6512 or #5714 from right outside the hotel; they take you straight to Sindorim Station. Sightseeing: Expect a commute of 33 minutes to over an hour to reach major spots like Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Lotte World, DDP, and N Seoul Tower, depending on your mode of transport. Overall, a solid choice for a clean and comfortable stay in Seoul!"

"The hotel was easy to find using navigation, located right by the road and quite noticeable. First, the pros: 1. The front desk staff spoke good English, making communication smooth. The room was cleaned daily when I pressed the cleaning service button, and they did a thorough job. Staff members were always friendly and greeted guests warmly. 2. It's a walkable distance from the subway, which is convenient. There's also a Hyundai Department Store and COEX nearby for shopping and entertainment. There's a CU convenience store right in the hotel's basement, perfect for picking up daily necessities and snacks. Plus, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. 3. The area is quite pleasant, surrounded by office buildings. It's not as crowded or noisy with tourists as places like Myeongdong. Now for the cons: 1. The air conditioner only had two fan speed settings, and even the lowest setting felt too strong. 2. The soundproofing wasn't great. If you have a loud neighbor, it can be quite bothersome late at night. 3. I stayed in room 402 this time, and unfortunately, an adjacent building's rooftop was right outside my window. On the third night, it rained, and the raindrops hitting the metal sheeting on that rooftop made an incredibly loud dripping noise. I barely slept that night; it was truly miserable."
