Villa V completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt stylish, modern, and very premium. The whole property is beautifully designed, and the rooms are brand new, spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It honestly feels much more like a five-star hotel experience than a typical stay in El Nido. The rooftop swimming pool is definitely one of the biggest highlights. The view is amazing, especially around sunset, and the whole rooftop area has such a relaxing luxury-resort atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind after spending the day exploring El Nido. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting around, while the property itself still feels peaceful and private. What really made our stay special was the hospitality. Rio, the manager, was absolutely top-notch and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. He was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the team was equally friendly and professional, and you can really feel that they care about giving guests a great experience. Beautiful rooms, an amazing rooftop pool, great location, and outstanding service. Villa V easily feels like one of the best new places to stay in El Nido. We had such a great experience and would definitely come back again.

This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. Great hotel in Lio Beach. It’s the biggest resort of the area so it has all of the amenities and services. The rooms was of good size but they might have some issues with the maintenance. When we got in they were fixing the light, and they changed our TV halfway through our stay. The breakfast was decent though for the other meals we followed other guests’ suggestions and went to the restaurants next door. The food offering might not be their strong point. The place is beautiful though, staff is very kind. We will come back! FYI the kids club and gyms are new. Some pictures you see online are dated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, as a family with our two daughters, aged 5 and 2. We had a lovely villa, studio number 3. The villa is very well equipped, with a kitchenette which is a real bonus for families. The view is simply magnificent, whether from the villa or from the hotel pool. The hotel is very well located; we were able to explore the surrounding area by scooter. As for breakfast, it was good, but we might have preferred a buffet to have more choice and variety.

A good hotel. The Wi-Fi worked well, and they cleaned it every day. There's a water cooler in the hallway, which is convenient. The breakfasts are basic, not very filling, but they do fried eggs and omelets. It's a 30-40-minute walk to the center of El Nido. I really didn't like the pool; it was moldy and unpleasant to swim in, even though it was cleaned every day. The hot water was unclear; it would come out warm, then cold, and the temperature would constantly fluctuate. The hotel is quiet, and the grounds are very cozy and beautiful. We booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff is pleasant. The air conditioning is very well-installed; it doesn't blow on you at all. There's a nice fan on the balcony. For the price, this is a very good hotel, although it has its drawbacks. Considering the problems with hotels in El Nido, I can confidently recommend it.

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service and Breathtaking Views! I had a wonderful stay at Ahana Hotel, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Neil and Jay. Both of them are incredibly attentive and genuinely good at anticipating your needs before you even have to ask. I was the only guest during my entire stay, and instead of feeling alone, I felt genuinely special and well taken care of. That kind of hospitality is something you don't easily forget. I'll be honest: at first, I was a little disappointed to learn that transportation down the hill costs ₱700 per way, since the property is located on top of a hill. However, once I saw the breathtaking views, I understood the appeal of the location. The scenery is beautiful, and the hotel's aesthetics are absolutely amazing-every corner is Instagram-worthy! What impressed me just as much was how well-maintained the property is. Every time I saw the staff, they were busy working-dusting, keeping the floors dry and spotless, and making sure everything was clean and in order. You can really see the effort, pride, and hard work that go into maintaining this place. And Neil deserves a special mention. He's truly an asset to Ahana Hotel. His communication skills, attentiveness, and bartending skills are all impressive. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their work and the experience they provide to guests, and Neil definitely does. Thank you, Neil and Jay, for making my stay so memorable. The views may be what catch your attention, but the people are what make you want to come back. I'll definitely be back! Hopefully for a longer stay next time. Small rooms, next to a party street. The size, service and even the location are not worth the money, to be honest. But at that moment there were no options, no choice. All the ports were closed, and the hotels were sold out and there was nowhere to go. We took it for one night.
