"Had a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!"

"I chose this place on a whim because I enjoy more traditional hotels rather than modern looking ones. The staff warned us of the potential noise and gave us earbuds but we did not need them. It was very quiet. 青羊宮 (Qingyang palace) was right next door and if you are a hotel patron you get free access. The staff provided us snacks and refreshed our beverages every morning. At night they gave us a dessert type drink. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is very beautiful. As you walk in, the corridor is lined with a water reservoir on one side with lotus flowers and koi fish. There is also a courtyard area with a giant ginkgo tree. You don’t realize that you’re in the middle of Chengdu when staying here. It’s like an oasis within the city, but to be honest Chengdu is a very green city to begin with. The only thing I would improve is that the Yaozan courtyard suite needs a handle for the sliding doors on the outside. There are already handles on the inside but from the outside the sliding doors are difficult to open when there are no handles."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and well-lit. It's a serviced apartment, so it came with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and even a washer and dryer. A robot can deliver food to your room, and Raffles City Mall is right downstairs. Plus, it's within walking distance to the subway station. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about!"

The price was also reasonable; for such a great location in the city center, it was amazing value for money. "First time staying at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel entrance is quite unique, with vintage bicycles, red brick walls, and metal accents. The concierge was super friendly and enthusiastic, proactively helping with my luggage and guiding me to the 7th floor for check-in. Stepping out of the elevator on the 7th-floor lobby, my eyes lit up. The metal art tree is visually stunning, and there's a cute dog named Lucky! The front desk staff provided detailed information about breakfast times, the gym, and other hotel amenities during check-in. The room was a good size, well-laid-out, and had a nice view! It was also thoroughly cleaned. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious. I'll definitely be back!"

"From the first moment I saw pictures of this hotel, I fell in love with its elegant, antique, and charming vibe. My stay only deepened that affection. The street outside is lined with ancient trees, quiet and clean. The hotel's entrance gate is classically grand, and even more beautiful when lit up at night. To find such a tranquil, almost time-travel-like retreat amidst the bustling streets, I truly felt lucky to have chosen the right place. What's more, the hotel is only about 200 meters from Tonghuimen Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Kuanzhai Alley is within walking distance, and it's not far to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with ride-sharing services being super convenient and affordable. The courtyard itself is dotted with various cozy seating areas, with lush greenery and vibrant flowers everywhere, creating a fresh, elegant, and very comfortable atmosphere. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were all warm and attentive, and there were even greeters at the entrance to help with luggage and escort us upstairs – every aspect of the service was incredibly thoughtful. The room offered great value for money. We stayed in a twin room, which was clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a smart toilet, and a hairdryer, with hot water readily available for showering. Each day, they thoughtfully provided complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. Having stayed for 7 days, this was by far the most comfortable and satisfying travel experience I've had. If only I had more time, I would have loved to extend my stay for a few more days, as I didn't get a chance to sit in the courtyard, sip tea, and sample the hotel's cuisine. I'll definitely make up for that small regret on my next visit! 🥰🥰"

"Coming to Chengdu for the May Day holiday, I researched hotels around Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and finally settled on this one. My main draw was the large rooms, with each bed in the twin room being 1.5 meters wide, and the design style was very novel. The stay experience was excellent; the room was indeed spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The facilities were complete and new, including a large bathtub. The hotel is located on higher floors, with the lobby on the 31st floor and rooms ranging from 23rd to 30th floors. The lobby is beautifully decorated with panda-themed elements. Breakfast is also on the 31st floor; while the variety isn't extensive, the taste is good, and they offer local specialty noodles. The dining environment is comfortable and elegant, and it wasn't crowded. The service was excellent, with prompt responses and friendly staff. All staff members greeted guests proactively, and the doorman kindly helped with luggage, offering warm and thoughtful service. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, directly facing Tianfu Square. Stepping out, you're right in a shopping district with incredibly easy access to dining, surrounded by delicious food. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. Popular attractions are just a taxi ride away, costing around a dozen yuan, which is very convenient. There's a subway station about 100 meters downstairs, making transportation truly exceptional! I found out this is the first Capri by Fraser hotel in Asia. I hadn't stayed at a Capri before, but this visit left a wonderful impression. I'll definitely consider staying here again."
