Traveling with my whole family, the East-meets-West buffet breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The elders loved the hot congee and Chinese dishes, while the younger ones enjoyed the bread and yogurt, so everyone's tastes were catered to. The spread was extensive, with a good balance of hot and cold items, and the flavors weren't too overpowering. They were also quick to replenish dishes, so even during peak hours, we never had to worry about food running out. Our room was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and any issues were resolved smoothly. It's often tough to satisfy everyone's food preferences when traveling with family, but this breakfast truly solved that problem. We didn't have to split up to find breakfast; everyone could enjoy a great meal right at the hotel. While the hotel isn't about luxury, the dining options are practical and substantial, offering excellent value for money overall.

The bathroom had a foul smell, like sewage backing up, which was particularly noticeable when opening the door, though it wasn't as bad once inside. There's free underground parking, and public washing machines and dryers are available. The hotel cleanliness had quite a few flaws; the bed sheets were torn, there were even hairs on the bed, and various nooks and crannies were yellowed. The sofa furnishings also looked dirty and old. The loft layout has no partitions, just curtains, so soundproofing isn't great. However, there are many restaurants and such in the vicinity. From what I recall, it was rather unremarkable, just a very average place to stay.

The location is decent, just a few hundred meters from Taitung Night Market, which is great for those who enjoy lively atmospheres and night market strolls. The front desk service at the hotel was good; they'd greet us every time we entered or left. The cleaning staff were also very polite. They delivered complimentary fruit to our room every day of our stay. The facilities are standard, but a rare bonus was that the mini-fridge actually kept things cold (it feels like many hotel fridges these days are just for show).

HUAZHU Hotels consistently deliver cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort! I was very satisfied with my three-day stay! The front desk and reception staff were all very attentive and thorough, resolving any issues immediately. The room attendant probably noticed we drank a lot of water, as she proactively left extra bottles for us. These small details really show the hotel's excellent service attitude! 👍👍👍

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Qingdao's old town, tucked away near the Taitung Pedestrian Street, this charming spot offers instant access to lively snack streets and a variety of popular eateries. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, fearing that an old town dwelling might be cramped or simple. However, all my worries disappeared the moment I stepped inside. The room was beautifully decorated with a stylish touch evident in every corner. As night fell, the courtyard lights illuminated, creating a tranquil oasis that perfectly shielded us from the outside hustle and bustle. Our three-night booking included breakfast. Unfortunately, we overslept on the first day and missed it, which was entirely our fault. I felt awkward asking the owner for anything, but to my surprise, the housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful and proactively contacted the platform to refund the breakfast cost for that day. This kind gesture truly touched me. The owner is not only lovely but also incredibly kind and considerate. It's already decided – on my next trip to Qingdao, I'll definitely be coming back here.

Very satisfied. Both the stay and the service were great. Parking was convenient, and there's even laundry service. Any issues we had were promptly and well-resolved by the staff. It's a great place, very close to Haibo Bridge morning market, which makes buying seafood super easy. We had a comfortable stay and a good time.

We were given a great upgrade to a family room at a very good price, and they even provided separate slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. The hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are super clean. They also provided plenty of complimentary water in the room, and the breakfast was clean and hygienic. The staff were all very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. It's right next to Taidong Road Pedestrian Street and Liqun Shopping Mall, with all sorts of street food and a really lively atmosphere. It's also very close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. This was definitely the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in Qingdao.

I had such a heartwarming experience at the Atour Hotel on Taitung Beer Street this time, I absolutely have to commend the young lady at the front desk! I was planning to go to a seafood buffet, but it's a super popular spot that doesn't offer online queuing – you have to go there in person to get in line. The problem was, the queuing time clashed with my museum visit. I was stressing about how to manage both when the front desk attendant offered to help. She said she was heading to a nearby mall after her shift anyway and could queue for me on her way. We exchanged WeChat details, and she queued for a full hour and a half, perfectly solving my problem and saving me from rushing back and forth, which would have wasted precious sightseeing time. I'm truly touched to encounter such thoughtful and proactive staff who go above and beyond for guests, especially when traveling. The service was meticulous and incredibly warm. Atour's service completely exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao!

This is a new hotel and all aspects were great. I rarely stay at Holiday Inn, but as an IHG brand with many locations, it's quite good, especially considering the attractive price. I only stayed one night for a short stopover. The facilities are truly excellent and very new. Everything meets the star rating standards. The location is also convenient; it was very easy to take a taxi to the nearby Beer Museum. My only regret was that the weather wasn't great during my visit, so I didn't get to see Qingdao's beautiful blue sea and sky, but the temperature was pleasant and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very professional and friendly. Overall, it was a very good stay.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Qingdao. The hotel is relatively small, with only two floors, and all guest rooms are located on the second floor. The location is excellent. It is only about a 5-minute walk (365 meters) from Taidong Station Exit G and approximately 500 meters from Taidong Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The Tsingtao Museum is also within walking distance, about 432 meters away, which takes around 6 minutes to reach. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and came with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, there was no refrigerator in the room. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell in the room, although the housekeeping staff opened the windows daily to improve air circulation. One of the useful facilities was the 24-hour laundry room, where guests can wash and dry their clothes. The detergent is already included in the machines, which is very convenient for travelers. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but there was enough variety to have a satisfying meal. If you book a room that includes breakfast, make sure to ask for the breakfast vouchers during check-in. Without the vouchers, you may not be allowed to enter the breakfast area. Unfortunately, communication with the staff was challenging. They were unable to communicate effectively in English, and even when using translation apps, assistance was limited. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, clean rooms, and convenient facilities. It is a good option for travelers who prioritize accessibility and value, but those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke or require English-speaking staff may want to keep these points in mind.
