Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine."

"I feel this is a very fair and balanced review. Firstly, the staff provided excellent service. Secondly, the housekeeping staff's cleaning standards and techniques need significant improvement. 1. Hair was not properly cleaned from the floor. 2. The carpet had noticeable, uncleaned stains and was misaligned/crooked. 3. The floor had very obvious mop streaks and uncleaned spots, which were unfortunately magnified by the ceiling spotlights and floor tile color, highlighting a potential design flaw. Thirdly, concerning the decor and materials: 1. The room's soundproofing was unsatisfactory, especially the entrance door, which offered virtually no sound insulation. 2. Smoking was freely permitted in the hotel lobby, which was highly regrettable. 3. While the in-room facilities were decent and the materials seemed acceptable, the renovation workmanship was genuinely poor. I might be nitpicking, but these are purely my personal observations and do not necessarily reflect the general public's opinion. My apologies if any of my comments cause offense."
