"Although the Ji Hotel is newly opened (right next to the north gate of Anhui University on Longhe Road), it was quite a pleasant experience. The staff were professional, enthusiastic, and very caring and considerate towards guests, making me feel warm and welcome. The hotel lobby was well-organized, and the rooms were particularly impressive (for example, the twin room I stayed in was neat, cozy, and fully functional), especially with its spacious counter and sofa – excellent! Additionally, the hotel has an underground parking garage, and the staff mentioned there were plenty of spaces (I didn't go down to check myself since I didn't drive this time), which is a great feature for those traveling by car. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Ji Hotel and gave it a 5-star rating!"

"Facilities: Very good, easy to use. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is quite nice and comfortable. Service: Proactive, enthusiastic, and very engaging. This is my second time staying here. The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are excellent."

"I've always trusted the All Seasons brand, and this stay was, once again, a great experience. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location is excellent, right in the heart of a shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around. The soundproofing in the room was also very good, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The customer service was very thoughtful; they called in advance to confirm my check-in time and provided detailed information about parking and other matters. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied."

"They had egg tarts and Tremella soup for lunch, and the service was superb. For gratis, the room was upgraded to a king-size bed fit for a designer, complete with fresh linens and cozy cushions. The breakfast selections were excellent and diverse, particularly for someone on a diet. The setting was peaceful at night with the windows closed, and it was close to a pedestrian street."

"The environment is great, the rooms are spotless, and the large terrace is absolutely fantastic – perfect for enjoying the evening breeze. The service is also excellent. Every time I visit Hefei, I stay here, and I'll definitely be back. The overall stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel terrace is a highlight, with comfortable rocking chairs where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. The afternoon tea snacks and drinks were delicious, and enjoying them on the terrace with a view really enhanced the ambiance. The rooms were impeccably clean, the environment was quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive."

"The service is quite good, but the management is chaotic. I checked into the hotel and stayed until 8 o'clock in the evening. I had just taken a shower and was naked. Suddenly, a new person came in. He swiped his card to enter the room and let people see him. But the hotel didn't give any explanation. I stayed for 3 days and didn't give any explanation. I didn't feel embarrassed at all. I just treated it like nothing was wrong. It's still a chain. It has no sense of emergency public relations. It's simply not a modern company. Consciousness, bad, bad, bad! ! ! Of course, exhibitionists recommend checking in! ! !"

"I highly recommend the hotel provides proper training for its staff. They shouldn't just try to cover up and argue when problems arise. Don't tarnish the All Seasons image. Also, a heads-up to guests: be wary if the front desk claims they're verifying your breakfast, and then, without your permission, takes your phone to register you as a Huazhu Club member and download the Huazhu Club app."

"I chose this newly opened Echarm Hotel for a business trip near Xiaoyaojin Pedestrian Street. It's right at the entrance of the pedestrian street, within walking distance, and very close to Mingjiao Temple and Intime. Getting a taxi to the high-speed train station is also convenient! The room has a minimalist style. Although it's a new hotel, there's no unpleasant smell. The desk and work area are super friendly for business travelers, and the WiFi speed is very fast! The room was quite clean, the bedding was soft, hot water came out in seconds, and the hairdryer was Laifen, which is great! Regarding service, the check-out process was quick. There are free lockers for luggage storage, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase around when visiting clients the next day. I could also take a free coffee from the lobby. The overall experience was good, I recommend this place!"

"Let me talk about the advantages first. I think it is not bad. The scenery is very good. You can see Swan Lake and Hefei Grand Theater in the room. Next door is Wanda and Radio and Television Building. It takes about a minute and a half to walk to the subway. The gate is the bus stop. The location and traffic are very good. The service is very thoughtful and the attitude is good. The room is swiped to avoid the trouble of swiping the card. The door has two double insurance. I think it is very safe. Takeaway can be delivered to the door. The hygiene is also very good. The cleaning is very careful. The bed is very comfortable to sleep, it is a soft mattress. ⚠️ Now let's talk about the shortcomings: 1. At the beginning of the past, there was no one at the front desk, no one answered the phone, waited for a few minutes before someone came, and then the cleaning was very slow. It was about 15 minutes. The waiting time was very long. I was a little impatient. The hotel has no windows that can be ventilated, or it may be that my room does not have, but there is a view window 3. The bathroom design is very unreasonable. There is no place to put clothes in the shower. There is a rope to dry clothes. The water on the sink will spray out when it is opened. Basically, after washing the clothes in the past two days, the body is wet. 4. The sound insulation is not particularly good, others can hear everything in the corridor, which affects sleep a little, but it is not very bad. The room is very dark, the lights are scattered, and it looks very uncomfortable 6. When I first checked in, there was a faint smell of smoke, and there were unknown objects that were not cleaned on the tea table. 7. The front desk is not always there The picture 1.2 was taken in the hotel room and cannot be ventilated, but the scenery is really good, there is a small degree, the front desk service attitude and speed are very fast Picture 3.4.5 is the surrounding scenery, including Hefei Grand Theatre and Swan Lake. It takes two minutes to walk to it. It is very suitable for eating after dinner and walking and morning running."

"The hotel is new and the soundproofing is pretty good. The gym has two treadmills, and the laundry room is fully equipped. Right next door, there are several NIO dining options: fast food, Guming, and Yu Ni Zai Yi Qi (a fish dish restaurant). Across the street, there's a convenience store. There's a shuttle bus to the airport every hour on the dot, and it only takes 15 minutes to get there."
