"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. "Stayed at Infinity Ao Nang recently and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and incredibly clean, with a really relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind straight away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed after long days exploring Krabi. The staff were one of the highlights of the stay — always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. The pool area was excellent, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt peaceful while still being close enough to all the restaurants, bars, and beach areas in Ao Nang. Breakfast had a good variety each morning and everything felt fresh and well organised. The location was also ideal — close enough to everything without being noisy or overcrowded. Overall, Infinity Ao Nang exceeded expectations and offered amazing value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ao Nang looking for a modern, comfortable, and relaxing hotel experience."

"The room facing main streets was too noisy. We lost our sleep on the first night then requested to change our room to the other facing which thankfully was much quieter. Overall great service and hospitality from the staffs. Kudos to them being accommodating and sincerely helpful. The morning breakfast was decent and enough options for my family."

"We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean. Restaurant had good breakfast and lunch options. We had a Mountain View room (lovely view) which was in fact a connecting room (adjoining locked door) which was a little awkward as you can hear your neighbours very clearly, maybe something to note on your booking if this is something you wouldn’t like. The pool area was very well maintained, pool staff are happy to remove towels if people have reserved sunbeds with no intention of returning soon. Making it fair for everyone. The only downside for us was that the pool sunbeds are limited in our opinion and pool is relatively small (which also connects to the swim up rooms) again, if you are considering booking a swim up room, this may mean you don’t have a protected area as it adjoins to the public pool. We were out and about on trips and beach days so the pool lounger availability didn’t bother us. Overall we are happy and would return if we visited the area again!"

The breakfast was perfect 😋 with a large variety of delicious options — the best way to start the day! Our double room was spacious and very clean 🧼🛏️. We really appreciated that water and coffee were refilled daily ☕💧. Pool towels and a laundry service are also available — very convenient 👍. The pool is beautiful, large, and well-maintained 🏊♂️💙 — ideal for relaxing in the sun. The fitness studio is okay and offers everything you need for a quick workout 💪. The location is excellent: close to the beach 🏖️ and surrounded by shops and restaurants 🛍️🍜 — everything is within walking distance: night market, snake show, beach and much more. A special shout-out to the staff: very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful 😊🤝 — we felt at home from the first moment. Overall: A fantastic hotel with great service, perfect location, and a feel-good atmosphere! We would definitely stay here again ❤️👏"

"I stayed at Cozy Crabby for six nights as a solo traveller. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay, mainly because of the fantastic location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is extremely central and lively, with plenty of clubs, bars, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep. It’s right in the middle of everything, which makes it perfect if you want to enjoy the nightlife and the buzz of the area. The beach is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient. The staff were one of the highlights of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. As a solo traveller, I originally hoped the hotel would be a place where it would be easy to meet people, maybe by the pool or in shared spaces. However, the pool area is quite small and generally very quiet. The seating around the pool is mostly beanbags rather than proper sun loungers, and they aren’t the most comfortable for relaxing for long periods. Because of that, not many people tend to hang out there, and most guests seem to spend their time out on excursions rather than socializing at the hotel. My suggestion I would make is that the hotel could do a bit more to help solo travellers connect. For example, they could organise casual meet-ups in the cafeteria or common areas for guests who are travelling alone. It might help people find others to join for excursions or activities and create a bit more of a social atmosphere. I didn’t book breakfast, but I did have 100 thai BARTs credits per day to use at the snack bar, which was a nice option and gave some flexibility. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. With a few small changes to encourage more social interaction, especially for solo travellers, it could be an even better experience."

"Stayed at Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi recently for 2N3D. The hotel itself is very nice – great location near the beach, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The facilities and overall environment made the stay comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed because my special request made during booking was not acknowledged or addressed. It would have made the experience much better if the hotel had at least responded or informed us earlier. Overall still a pleasant stay, but I hope the hotel pays more attention to guest requests in the future."

"They offer Chinese-speaking services, and the coast is absolutely stunning with soft, white sands and 'jelly-like' clear waters. The service is as exceptional as what you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton – truly outstanding and international standard. Our butler was incredibly attentive, arranging afternoon tea and evening turn-down service daily. The dining was decent, with a good mix of Western and Thai cuisine. What really sets this place apart is the complimentary activities like yoga, sailing, and kayaking, making it incredible value for money. Honestly, just book the Banyan Tree Krabi without hesitation. The service here, compared to the Banyan Tree Sanya, is a world apart – this one is far superior with fantastic activities. A special thanks to the hotel's Chinese butler! We'll definitely be back, especially with the daily fresh fruit delivery."

"From the moment we arrived the staff are so friendly and welcoming they are all a credit to the hotel. My husband and I loved staying at The Grand Mecure we were in krabi last year and stayed at Hotel Adam but we preferred this. The room are beautiful the bed and pillows are so comfortable lots of room, we got our room moved and had sea view block c would definitely recommend. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice definitely something for everyone we tried things we would not normally eat for breakfast and it was delicious. Before we headed out in the evening we took advantage of bogof cocktails and Dew made an excellent cocktail and is so friendly. We will 100% be returning to this hotel when we are next in Krabi!!"
