"We chose this hotel mainly because of the sea view — and it became the highlight of our stay. From the 4th floor, the view of the ocean and sunset is absolutely beautiful. In the evening, it’s very pleasant to sit on the balcony with a cocktail and watch the sun go down. The balcony is not very big, but it’s perfect for a quiet moment for two. The room was clean and well maintained, with good housekeeping and room service. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, there were a few downsides. Breakfast is officially served until 10:30, but when we came between 9:40 and 10:00, many items were already gone and not refilled. The food is tasty, but the variety is quite limited. We also booked a sea-view room like in the photos, but were given a room opposite the building. The balcony had a partial road view and only a partial sea view — not the full “postcard” view we expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is nice, the location is good, and the sunsets are truly amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but advise confirming the room view in advance and coming early for breakfast 😉 If anyone had a front-facing sea view room — was it worth the extra cost?"

"This is our second visit to Ban Sainai resort Krabhi, first visit was in 2016.. I can say the experience got better.. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Krabi. We booked a pond-facing deluxe room, and the views were simply stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, a peaceful pond, and dramatic limestone cliffs that truly make this place special. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. What stood out the most was the front office team — always smiling, warm, and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality really made us feel welcomed throughout the stay. The location is great — tucked away in nature for peace and relaxation, yet still convenient to reach places like Ao Nang Beach with the resort’s very convenient shuttle service. Breakfast was awesome, with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which is honestly one of the best we’ve experienced — very scenic and perfectly maintained. Overall, this is one of the best nature resorts we’ve stayed at. Perfect for couples and anyone looking to relax in a serene environment. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"

"Modern amenities with good location, just only complain would be they do not provide Toothbrush. Other than that, it's a great hotel, breakfast a bit modest but good, felt like there's more of a local vibe here, staffs helpful but some of them do not speak English."

"Location was good, within walking distance to Ao Nang Night Market, eateries, and shops nearby. The hotel also provides umbrellas when it rains, which was useful during our stay. The hotel does look a little run down, and the toilet had a slight smell. Not sure if it was due to the heavy rain, but there was also a brief power outage during our stay. Thankfully, the hotel staff managed to restore the power quite quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in when they assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. We also requested for a late check-out, but do note that they charge by the hour. Breakfast was decent. Although it is not halal-certified, there were still some safe food and vegetarian options available. Alternatively, halal food is easily accessible outside the hotel. The breakfast crowd was also manageable since most guests left early for their tours and activities. Overall, if you are mainly spending your time outside on activities and just need a place with basic amenities, this hotel is a decent option. They also offer activities and tours at an additional cost."

"B2 in Krabi, it means good price and good quality for sure! Clean room, clean shower, cozy design, nice swimming pool and what is important- is unbelievable great green mountains view ))) I never see anything like this before! Nothing to say about breakfast because it was only wrap, but cappuccino is best in Krabi without any doubt. Great thanks to manager and hotel team, especially professionals who work hard in garden and keep rooms tidy and clean. If you are hungry there is real Italian pizzeria nearby, where we enjoy delicious dinner. We would like to stay there much more longer because it’s quiet and beautiful hotel in the cradle of nature."

"The room was spacious, featuring a balcony and a bathroom with a dry/wet separation, and the hot water supply was excellent. The only downside was the slightly old mattress, which lacked support on the edges. All the staff were very friendly and cheerful; they even gave me a cake for my birthday (as I was staying for an extended period). The hotel is located in Ao Nam Mao, and it costs around 100 baht to get to Ao Nang Beach by taxi. Having a motorbike would definitely make getting around easier."
