"The hotel's location is excellent, right within the core Lujiazui scenic area. The Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the 'Lujiazui Three-piece Set' are all within easy reach, and subway access is also very convenient. The staff were all warm and patient. Vinnie, who checked me in at the front desk, was enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. My room was on a high floor with a great view. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, it's very well-maintained. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. For anyone visiting Shanghai, staying here is really a great choice!"

"For those who are in town for meetings and exhibitions near Hongqiao, this hotel is ideally situated and your must go place. What we loved was the uber comfortable bed, good bedroom size and layout of the room. Despite its distance from the usual shopping areas, dining and amenities is not a problem with ******* as they have a separate holding areas for the delivery team to place your orders… they were very efficient and careful when collecting off my Taobao orders on my behalf ! For those who wish to visit downtown (eg to the bund) for a look, travelling could be a little inconvenient as it takes approximately 40mins by cab or 30mins by trains Overall - a great stay at the Hotel."

"This newly renovated hotel is quite upscale and luxurious. The overall hard furnishings and plumbing are excellent, with a showerhead that provides strong water pressure without being uncomfortable. The room is spotlessly clean; you won't find a speck of dust even when touching every corner, as I've confirmed with photos and videos. The check-in service is top-notch, truly a 'ceiling-level' experience. The 24-hour attentive concierge service is delightful. The hotel offers shuttle services to and from Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Airport, Hongqiao High-speed Rail Station, Disneyland, the Bund, and Yu Garden. If you're coming from the airport or high-speed rail station, remember to call ahead to inquire about the shuttle schedule. After checking in, you can scan a QR code to join a chat group to contact the helpful concierge with any questions. As someone who travels frequently for business and has stayed in many hotels, the Courtyard by Marriott and Novotel are excellent, but this hotel is simply perfect and I'm extremely satisfied. I will definitely stay here again."

"As the second Kimpton in the magic capital, Fengxian has been looking forward to the high-end international hotel after several years. Nine trees Kimpton has its own characteristics. Through this stay experience, the advantages and disadvantages are as follows. Advantages: Good location, located in the core area of Fengxian, next to Jiukeshu Art Center, close to Jinhai Lake. Not far from Fengxian Tianjie by car. Compared with Fengxian JW Marriott, they each occupy the best location in Fengxian. The hotel occupies an area that is significantly larger than traditional hotels. It is like a small park with various green landscapes. The interior decoration is in Southeast Asian resort style, the front hall and other areas, and the decoration is quite distinctive. But the corridors in the room area are very ordinary, not even as the group's low-grade Indigo, and VOCO. "The room with its high ceilings and partitioned wash/shower area was spacious and the config was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The Jurlique toiletries were also a treat! The kids also particularly enjoyed the voice automated control system that controls the lights, curtains, music etc. Location is great too, just opposite the People's Park, where we took the chance to pop over the observe the Marriage Market on Sunday. We discovered belatedly on our last day that there's actually an underpass shortcut to Nanjing Rd East via the New World Shopping Mall next door, that would have shaved off at least 10 mins of walking / road crossing. The most disappointing part of the hotel has to be the breakfast. Firstly the tiny breakfast area seemed like a makeshift spot, or an afterthought. Not sure what was the design thinking behind it. Typically with an a la carte menu, you would expect the food to be of a certain quality but it was from it. The food was mediocre, pancakes came burnt, cereals were stale, the onsen egg with salmon was bizarre (not sure if it was supposed to be an egg benedict?), service was spotty. Until they improve their breakfast service, would strongly suggest just booking the room only. The dining experience is such a big disconnect"
