The sheer scale and beauty of the lobby are immediately impressive. The breakfast spread was superb – truly enjoyable with something for everyone. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, though the interior design feels a bit dated (for instance, it took some time to figure out how to switch the water from the faucet to the shower). We were also surprised by the very old model of television, which seemed quite unexpected. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel."

"Traveling alone with four children, I booked a tatami room at Hyakuman-goku. The room was larger than expected, and the hotel has a beautiful view. The best part, however, was the service. All the staff were incredibly gentle, attentive, warm, meticulous, and patient. They proactively and promptly met all our needs (extra yukata, extra bath towels, extra toiletries, extra slippers, even carrying my 50+ lb child upstairs...). The hotel's shuttle bus to Disney was very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The hot springs are separate for men and women, and the water temperature was perfect. The outdoor bath had a wonderful view; enjoying the summer evening breeze while listening to the sounds of insects and water was incredibly relaxing."

"The room was quiet and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking trees, which was incredibly comfortable and pleasant – completely exceeding my expectations! 👍👍👍 The service was also excellent. We stayed here specifically to visit Disneyland, and took the hotel shuttle both ways. Taking the first shuttle at 6:15 AM got us to the park entrance very early, so even without an early entry pass, we rode the Tron Lightcycle Power Run with no queue at all. The last shuttle back at 10:10 PM meant we could watch the fireworks show without feeling rushed."

"This hotel is perfect for a trip to Disney. First, there's a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The earliest departure in the morning is 5:40 AM, and the latest return to the hotel at night is 10:30 PM. This is especially great for guests with Disney Early Entry passes. Remember to book at least 2 days in advance. Second, there's a free shuttle service to and from Hongqiao Railway Station. The hotel is about an hour's drive from Hongqiao Railway Station. It's about a 20-minute walk to the bus parking lot, so it's a good idea to allow plenty of time when booking your train tickets. They also offer free shuttle services to other locations. Remember to book at least 2 days in advance. Third, the service is excellent. After checking in, you can join a WeChat group. You can easily request things like an extra children's bathrobe, a foot spa bucket, or book the next day's shuttle through the group. They are very efficient and respond quickly to our requests. Fourth, besides the great soft amenities, the hotel's hardware is also impressive. One, we received a free upgrade to a cartoon-themed room this time, which made the kids very happy. Two, the mini-fridge has complimentary drinks like orange juice, Coke, Sprite, and mineral water. The first round each day is free. Three, robot delivery for room service. For travelers who are tired from their journey and don't want to go out after checking in, you can order food directly from the hotel. This time we ordered a chicken wing family bucket, and it was delivered within 30 minutes and tasted great. Four, the bathroom and toilet are very clean. The toilet even comes with disposable seat covers, which is a nice touch. One minor suggestion: I really couldn't figure out how to use the showerhead. Even after reading the instructions on the wall, I still couldn't operate it, haha. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. The attention to detail is superb. It's a very suitable hotel for families with elderly parents and children visiting Disneyland. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time. "A very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few steps from People's Square Metro Station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel service was also excellent; food deliveries came straight to the room and were super fast – big thumbs up! The room was very clean, and they even had welcome fruits and a small cake. The toiletries were from Jurlique, which was a nice touch. Plus, at breakfast, a foreign gentleman chatted with my child, which was very nice. Highly recommend!"
