"This is the most comfortable LI CHENG Hotel I've ever stayed in, and the experience was superb! 👍🏻 The front desk staff, Ah Lai, helped upgrade my room. The hotel is right next to the east gate tourist center of Sailimu Lake, and it's a 3-minute drive directly to the lakeside. This means no need to travel back and forth to the city. It's super convenient for catching the sunrise early in the morning and chasing the sunset's 'golden mountain' in the evening. The hotel also has a large free parking lot, so self-driving tourists don't have to worry about parking at all. Highly recommended! 👍🏻"

"🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰"

The Chalsili Hotel Bole provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Chalsili Hotel Bole is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Bole. The hotel is conveniently located just 7km from Bole Railway Station and 24km from Bole Alashankou Airport. With Kaiping River Park, Strange Rock Gully Pavilion and Bortala Memorial Park all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Bole hotel offers parking on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"First of all, the hotel's location and environment are good. However, I encountered a few rather outrageous problems: 1. The bathrobes were definitely not washed or not clean enough; they even had false eyelashes stuck on them! 2. The hotel service was mediocre. The invoice process was extremely slow. I confirmed the invoice several times when I left around 1:20 PM, but it still hadn't been issued by evening. The front desk seemed to be working fine when I left, but when I called them that evening, they said they were busy. 3. There was construction going on next to the hotel. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Everything else was okay."

"I really appreciate the camp shuttle service for helping me with my heavy luggage, both from the car park to my tent and then back again. A big thank you to the service staff! The room decor was lovely, the surrounding environment was beautiful, and it was a short drive to the scenic area. It was very convenient to drive around the lake, entering and exiting through the East Gate to return to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 6 PM and left for the scenic area at 8:30 PM. Feeling that we wouldn't make it back before the restaurant closed at 11 PM, we paid in advance and arranged for our meal to be delivered to our room at 10 PM. We returned at midnight and were so happy to see our packed meal waiting on the table as promised. The next day, after checking out at 10 AM, we went back to the scenic area again, this time entering through the East Gate and exiting through the South Gate, to get another look at Sayram Lake, which we hadn't seen clearly the day before! 😄"

Awakening to the rich scent of Spanish-style breakfast in the morning, one can watch the sunlight scatter across the lake, creating a mesmerizing display of moving golden rays. As the day draws to a close, a soothing lavender-infused evening ritual unfolds—with the evening breeze carrying the fragrance of lavender, allowing the body and mind to gradually unwind in harmony with nature's rhythms. The hotel's location is good, offering nice views, but it's not worth staying here just for a glimpse of the lake. **Service:** Special commendation goes to Ella at the front desk. Her service was enthusiastic and empathetic. Beyond a standard smile, her sincerity was genuinely felt and highly commendable. However, during breakfast, I encountered a male manager (or someone who seemed to be one) whose communication style was quite stiff. When asked about a drink, his response was cold and emotional, which negatively impacted the dining experience. **Dining:** The dinner buffet was decent. The pricing for the all-day dining was reasonable. The afternoon tea (Sailu Xiaoxi) was of average quality; the noodles weren't great, but the ice cream flavors were good. The complimentary mini-bar was a major highlight. **Facilities:** This is the biggest drawback. The bathroom floor material has extremely poor anti-slip properties, becoming dangerously slippery when wet. This poses a serious safety hazard, and the experience was even worse than at a Westin from the same group. As an international brand hotel, the hardware maintenance level needs significant improvement."
