The front desk upgraded my room, and the facilities and amenities looked quite good, and it was kept relatively clean. They even gave me a welcome snack, which was very nice. However, the breakfast was really mediocre; there wasn't much to eat, and it didn't whet my appetite at all. I hope they can improve on that."

Breakfast is plentiful, and the service is warm and attentive, especially Afom Emma, who is thoughtful and goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The facilities are new and the hygiene is excellent. It's incredibly therapeutic to return to the hotel to relax after skiing. Staying here in Hemu is hassle-free and comfortable; I highly recommend it!"
