"5-star review! Please, 'management,' don't make it hard on the housekeepers. After all, I chose this hotel/B&B based on reviews, so I feel obligated to share my experience. 1. **Hotel Location:** It's conveniently located right at the first transfer center when you enter the scenic area, making check-in very easy. However, it's still a one-stop bus ride to the village, and this section isn't walkable – it's very dark at night. So, after having dinner in the village on our first night, it was quite inconvenient getting back. Every bus was packed like sardines. We tried to scan and rent e-scooters, but they suddenly ran out of power outside the village (apparently, there's a designated range). We felt pretty desperate then. Luckily, we had added the housekeeper on WeChat, and they guided us on how to get back, but the experience wasn't great. (Suggest staying near 'Food Street' or 'Bridge Head'). 2. **Room:** This is a relatively large hotel. There are over a dozen rooms in one building, and perhaps a dozen buildings in total. They aren't the traditional small wooden cabin type. The room was clean and tidy, but there was no air conditioning. It was extremely hot in Hemu on the day we arrived. Although a fan was provided, the room was still stuffy and humid, so be cautious if you're visiting Hemu in the summer. (Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault). 3. **Service:** They offered complimentary drinks, meal vouchers, coffee vouchers, etc., and the housekeeper's service was quite good. However, compared to B&Bs in Kanas, there's still a bit of a gap. I suggest adding guests on WeChat a day in advance to explain the check-in route and how to get back to the hotel after going out to explore."

The butler service was very attentive, and someone was always there to help with luggage when checking in and out. I've already recommended it to my family and friends. "The entire room's amenities are well-maintained. The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm. The blackout curtains do an excellent job of blocking out sound. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation and strong water pressure. Small appliances like the kettle, hairdryer, and TV all work perfectly. The charging ports are conveniently located, so there are no issues with old or malfunctioning facilities; the attention to detail is truly thoughtful. All hotel staff, from the moment of arrival and check-in at the front desk, to daily housekeeping and back-end services, are consistently polite and courteous, without any hint of perfunctoriness. During check-in, they proactively explained local routes. When we needed extra supplies mid-stay, staff delivered them to our room within minutes. Any questions we had were answered patiently and thoroughly; the service is both professional and heartwarming. Great hardware, even better soft services, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend to all travelers!"

"I stayed at the Conrad Hemu during Chinese New Year. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Emma and Yiyi provided excellent service, helping with orders and responding quickly to all requests. The snow view room overlooks the west ski area, offering a fantastic view. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!"

The interior design is very tasteful, and the quality of the furniture and appliances is excellent, comparable to a star-rated hotel. The bedding is super comfortable, and it's very quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep until morning. The small courtyard is cozy and relaxing; it's perfect for just sitting in the sun and unwinding. Finally, the owner is incredibly warm, patient, thoughtful, and efficient. She personally came out to meet us, helped with our luggage, and was able to answer all our travel-related questions. All in all, this guesthouse is truly fantastic."
