"When I visited Wanning, I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton, and both the service and the views were excellent. I had a sea-view room on the 6th floor with a super expansive view, and it was also very close to the beach. A special thanks to the concierge, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Not only did they give us a souvenir gift and fruits, but they also offered to reimburse our taxi fare because we missed the shuttle bus – truly generous! The Corona bar is also very beautiful. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

Since I was just passing through Wanning, and considering the convenient location and proximity to the beach, I booked a reasonably priced hotel without much thought, and it exceeded my expectations. First, there are plenty of places to go for shopping, dining, and getting around, all near the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Second, the cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. The front desk service wasn't exactly overly enthusiastic or friendly, but they were responsive and helpful. The most convenient feature was the laundry room; I had to wash my clothes twice a day after surfing and swimming 😭"

The owner, being a designer themselves, has crafted the guesthouse with incredible taste. The pristine white architecture, complemented by tropical greenery, creates a beautiful interplay of bamboo shadows, light, and the shimmering pool. The private pool in the courtyard is a clear, inviting blue, surrounded by coconut trees, giving off major vacation vibes. The red brick courtyard and Zen garden are so relaxing and healing. You don't even need filters to get great photos here.
The guesthouse also offers a 2km shuttle service!"

"After comparing numerous online reviews, I chose Le Méridien over the Westin and was quite pleased with my decision.
The courtyard-style lobby, with its coconut trees, ocean breeze, and bougainvillea, truly captured the island vibe.
We booked a Splash Garden Suite with a private courtyard, which was fantastic. Every day, a family of calico cats would visit, and my daughter loved playing with them.
Breakfast was available at both the Japanese restaurant and Horizon restaurant. Unfortunately, my son fell ill, so we didn't get to try Horizon, but we'll definitely make it up next time.
There are two swimming pools, but we only went to the ocean-view one. It wasn't too crowded, and my little one had a wonderful time swimming.
The hotel offers many family activities, including paid childcare services. We participated for a day and a half, and the kids absolutely loved it.
Our butler, Lexie, was incredibly thoughtful. She checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and provided prompt assistance – highly recommend!
The front desk hotline was also excellent, with quick response times. I was very satisfied with that."

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!.
As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

The service, whether from the cleaning staff or the shuttle drivers, was great! 👍 Especially Sarah at the front desk, who was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She gave us tips on local attractions and restaurants, saving us a lot of research time. She was also very accommodating, providing a stroller and bed rail whenever we asked. The hotel food was also very good, both in presentation and taste. Getting to the beach was convenient too. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!"

The main reason I'm writing this positive review is that at 2 AM, when I wanted to light mosquito coils but didn't have a lighter, the butler brought one to my room within ten minutes. This service is truly outstanding, making me feel that the money spent was absolutely worth it. Finally, when we left some clothes behind, they provided the quickest solution to get them back to us. 🥹💋"
