This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I'm extremely satisfied! **Location:** Situated right on Chaweng Beach, with a supermarket, spa, and bars right outside – incredibly convenient for getting around. **Service:** The staff are warm and attentive. Both the front desk and restaurant have staff who can speak basic Chinese, and they provided a very detailed introduction to the hotel. **Breakfast:** A mix of à la carte and buffet. It was delicious and tasty, designed to prevent waste, and you can always order more if you're still hungry. **Facilities:** Very new, smart, and exquisitely designed! **Other amenities:** The hotel offers various classes similar to yoga every morning, a family farm juice bar in the late morning, and free ice cream in the afternoon. They also provide welcome gifts upon check-in, such as eye masks, noise-cancelling headphones, and snacks. This is my genuine experience, and I hope it helps others!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic clean massive room with everything you would need, gorgeous balcony and daily maid service. Brilliant evening entertainment and great cocktails all within walking distance of some of the nicest restaurants and bars on Koh Samui and right near Coco Tams for fire show and Fisherman’s village a vibrant night market. Oh i forgot to mention breakfast was lovely so much variety and all well cooked. The staff were all very pleasant too,

Location: you need to immediately understand that you will need transport. There are a couple of cafes within walking distance, but we didn’t go to them, there weren’t many people there either, except that a couple of times we saw a few farangs having breakfast. Report offers delivery to and from the beach during certain hours. I don’t remember the price: either free, or for a symbolic fee, very low. They also offered to order breakfast and have it delivered to your villa: it’s certainly more expensive than in a regular cafe, but still affordable. We did not use this service, since we would have to plan breakfast time in advance (why?). The beach... we stayed during the daytime low tides, so I can’t say anything good about the sea, but the beach itself is clean and almost deserted. Surprises: we booked a villa with three bedrooms and a living room + a swimming pool. When looking at the photos of the rooms (at the time of booking), I could not understand the location of the room and also could not understand the privacy of the pool. Will the pool be ours alone or will it have to be shared with guests from some other villa. I even looked around on Google Maps, but still didn’t fully understand it. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that this very villa consists of two separate houses between which there is a swimming pool (not small, but medium in size). One house consists of two bedrooms with separate entrances and separate bathrooms, and the other house consists of a huge living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Grandiose! Another patio. Of the minuses: not very stable wi-fi, TV is brooding. That's all. Air conditioners also do not cool as quickly as we would like, but this is the fault of the building design. A huge area of ​​glazing which is made of single wood. If in the future we install normal aluminum structures with double-glazed windows, it will be possible to achieve a better effect from air conditioners + save on electricity and improve sound insulation. However, air conditioners do their job quite well. It was almost always quiet. Overall everything is ok. This place is worth the money. The owner, Lana, is very friendly and speaks perfect Russian.

We'd like to thank this establishment for fulfilling every single one of our requests. We chose this place for our honeymoon and had a flawless and perfect experience. We know for sure that if we come back, we'll choose this place again. The only downside for us was the beach; otherwise, everything was great.

What I liked: 1) The room view and its size (but we paid a significant amount extra for it, because the initial room was impossible to sleep in - more on that below) 2) Quick problem resolution by staff 3) Daily, high-quality cleaning 4) Huge, comfortable bed, good pillows 5) Quiet in the new building, comfortable for sleeping What I didn't like: 1) Initially, we had booked a deluxe room with a garden view. Upon check-in, we were extremely tired after three flights and almost immediately fell asleep. We woke up at midnight to some wild noises (which turned out to be frogs) that didn't stop, and it was impossible to sleep. The old door had a huge gap, through which the sound barely diminished, as if we were sleeping outdoors. We had to urgently request a room change. Ultimately, they promptly provided us with a replacement in the new building, which was 1.5 times larger in area and 1.5 times more expensive, so we had to pay a significant amount extra, but it was worth it. 2) The breakfasts were terrible - stale bread and overripe fruit; the chef's eggs Benedict were mediocre. In the end, we went elsewhere for breakfast. 3) The air conditioning was very loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on, so we ended up sleeping without it.

Another Amari disappointing stay. first was amari hua hin and 2nd is this hotel. stayed in amari koh samui for 4nights, we just got back from koh samui a few days ago. location wise sure cant deny that, it's by the beach front, 5 mins drive away from central koh samui mall and walking from the night life but so does other resorts around the area. when you get to the hotel specially after paying so much per night and to be classified as a 5 star hotel, you expect a good service, a 5 star service. Specially when the first point of contact to the customer service is the front staffs, however very disappointing. Most, if not all of the staffs doesnt seem to smile at all. We arrived early so we had lunch first and sure they managed to give us earlier check in at almost 2pm, their check in is at 3pm. we let it go perhaps we were just too tired and sensitive as we just arrived in koh samui and it was humid, however, throughout our stay their customer service was absolutely lacking. VERY LACKING. specially a few staffs driving the buggy service, we even had an accident one time when we were on our way back to the room, one of the driver drove so fast, THEY ALL DRIVE REALLY FAST, and he rammed onto one of the on coming buggy, i was holding my baby so tight. luckily nothing happened to us. same buggy driver who was had a grumpy look the entire stay and we saw him throwing luggages on to the buggy instead of handling them with care. so when you are taking a buggy, tell them to drive slow. the room, we booked a connecting room, which was a mistake. booking 2 rooms would have been cheaper but anyhow, the room was not clean at all, the bathtub was moldy the floors felt dirty and there were alot of mosquitos every single day. first day we arrived we killed 10 mosquitos in one room whats up with that. breakfast had good selections, they have 3 pools around the resorts as it is a big resort best one is the one over looking the beach, kid friendly pool. they have kids room, not that big just a small room.. anyway overall would i come back here in Amari Koh Samui, absolutely NOT. Would i recommend amari koh samui, absolutely NOT. if you want to stay in a beach front, there are alot of beach front resorts near amari and around the area check that out.. they did something nice from my baby;s birthday, decorated the mirror and gave cake so i appreciated that. with kids i would recommend hyatt koh samui, they are friendlier to kids and service is top notch. we moved there after amari THANK GOODNESS

Services were excellent with staff always willing to offer help and care about your needs. The pool in the room was absolutely the best that we have ever been to, which was large enough with jacuzzi function so that we could have fun and enjoy it for a long time. However there were quite a lot of ants around the pool and inside the room, but understood it's becos of the environment near the nature. It's too bad the breakfast place was relocated to Hue and the food quality was okay. Overall it's a fantastic experience for us!

I snagged a 2-night, 3-day package deal on Trip.com, which was incredibly good value for a hotel in Koh Samui during Chinese New Year! Check-in included complimentary welcome ice cream, and the staff were very polite as they processed our documents, even though it took a little longer than usual. The package also came with a lunch, which was perfectly sufficient. A staff member personally escorted us to our room and gave us a brief orientation. I was initially worried about the room's facilities, but they turned out to be fantastic! Aside from the excellent natural environment leading to a few more insects on the paths, everything else about this hotel was superb. We even enjoyed a violin performance while having dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

We stayed with our daughter for 10 days for her 21st birthday in a two bedroom villa with a plunge pool . The views were magnificent. We had a huge double bed  (which was very comfortable) and my daughter had two single beds in her room.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, the reception staff were lovely, the cleaners all very helpful and the location was perfect. It cost 150 Baht for a taxi to get to central Chaweng which is 5 minutes away. Sometimes we walked back from Chaweng along the beach which took about 30 minutes.  Thoroughly recommended!! Nice oasis out of Chaweng!!

Location: Perched on a steep hill, riding a scooter here requires some skill. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a license. There's absolutely nothing around, just a couple of **** shops across the street. The massage places along the way aren't great either; they don't even offer foot washing, unlike the more professional chain stores on the main commercial street, though prices are the same. Annoyingly, they wouldn't let us ride our own scooter into the middle of the property to get our luggage. You can call them to get a shuttle from the lobby to your room or vice versa, otherwise, it's a really long walk to the sea view rooms. Pool: The pool is quite shallow, maybe 1.2m at its deepest, I can't quite recall. It's only good for splashing around. The sea here doesn't have big waves, so you can just float and relax. Room: The shower seemed to be faulty, alternating between hot and cold – I nearly caught a cold. The AC, however, is incredibly powerful; great for those who get hot easily, it can get really chilly. The TV is good, with Netflix directly accessible without a subscription. Hygiene: The breakfast wasn't clean. I got diarrhea before even finishing it. There were worms in the cucumber, several white ones. I initially thought they were plant fibers, but then they started wiggling (see P9). I immediately had to run to the toilet. My friend, who didn't eat the cucumber, also got sick, for unknown reasons. I continued to have diarrhea for a few days after returning home. It might not be related to the hotel, but this hotel was my last stop in Thailand. Service: They offered a welcome drink, but it didn't taste good. There's a very small gym by the entrance. The staff generally had a good attitude. Summary: It's a relatively quiet place, suitable for just relaxing. Getting to the commercial street isn't easy; it takes 20 minutes by scooter, mainly due to the very steep ups and downs. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to go to bars or clubs. Walking to shops is too far, and there's a constant smell of **** that made me feel nauseous.
