The decor is both elegant and modern, creating a very upscale atmosphere. 🛏️ Room Experience The room was incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, brand-name fixtures, and an oversized bathtub. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were smart and modern. The high-speed internet was stable, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. 🍽️ Dining Services The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, blending both Chinese and Western cuisine. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. 🤵 Service Details From the moment I arrived, the bellhops, front desk staff during check-in, and housekeeping were all warm, polite, and responsive. "The hotel is not far from Xiaopang. It's about 800-900 meters on foot. During the walk, we also passed by a delicious Roujiamo restaurant. There is a parking lot in the courtyard and the security is very responsible. Four-star standard, complete hardware facilities, and a very new atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. very satisfied."

"I've always preferred staying at established hotels (great locations and good dining options), and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Located in the city center, opposite a plaza and garden, and a 10-minute walk from People's Park, it's perfect for an evening stroll. All three branches of Pang Donglai are only 2-3 kilometers away, and I finally got to visit the incredibly popular Pang Donglai! The hotel room was spacious, and they even provided fruit. A special mention goes to the hotel's Chinese restaurant: retired people tend to eat dinner early, so we went to the restaurant around 5 pm, but there was no one there. We asked the lobby manager, who immediately called the restaurant to inform them that we had hotel guests wanting to dine. The restaurant promptly turned on the lights and warmly welcomed us. Seeing that there were only two of us, they even told us not to order too much. We had authentic Yellow River carp and mutton stew noodles – delicious! Overall, a great experience!"

"The service at Atour Hotel Xinxiang was excellent. The front desk was well-staffed, and the staff explained everything patiently. They also recommended a well-established local restaurant for lamb stew noodles, which was delicious and conveniently located near the hotel. The Atour bed was incredibly comfortable; with the blackout curtains drawn, I slept soundly until noon!"

"The customer service staff were warm and helpful. Although the hotel's design was retro, the hygiene was excellent, and it provided toiletries and a huge bathtub. There are restaurants and a small supermarket nearby, and the newly opened Pang Donglai restaurant is about one kilometer away. I would definitely book again next time I'm in Xinxiang."

"If you're a frequent InterContinental Marriott member, you'll immediately feel the helplessness of the staff. The reception staff are perfectly fine, indicating the hotel owner and operator's fault. Furthermore, the prices are ridiculous. This is likely due to the current boom in cultural tourism, where hotels like these, seemingly renovated, charge 1,600, 1,800, or 2,000 yuan per room. Maintenance is also poor. Having only recently opened, the walls are filthy, and the dirt and scale in the bathroom corners are difficult to clean. They're charging chain resort prices, but in reality, they're just a nice-looking B&B. I wonder if this situation will improve. The hotel environment is quite nice, but once inside, the rooms are utterly awful; not a single spot is clean. If the price was in the 500-600 range, I might be able to tolerate it. The public areas are quite nice. The initial comment about the staff being helpless stems from two factors: a. the staff is too small, and b. the owner or operator clearly hasn't trained the staff to the standards they typically charge for rooms in the 1,000-2,000 range. There's no complete check-in process. We arrived early but received no wait time. We called three days beforehand and were told they would call us the day before to check in and check our arrival time, but we couldn't wait any longer and called back the night before. When we arrived a little after 11:00, the restaurant was using a massive blower to blow the floor, which was damp from fresh mopping. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Later, I saw the front desk lady, who looked like a supervisor, helping clean the room. They really did a great job, and one staff member even offered to help me carry my things, which was kind of nice of them. However, the operations team hasn't trained them on a better service experience. All these issues don't justify the price. If you want to check in, just go and order a coffee."
