The place is okay for a short stay. The room was clean. However there are some things that bothered me during my stay: - Bathroom is very small, and the water was leaking to the room after the shower. There's no towel to put on the floor to make it dry - Every day I returned to the hotel my key card was unable to open the door. I had to go to the reception to reactivate my card - Laundry room has 3 washing machines, however they are always occupied. People load the machines, and not coming back to take their clothes after work finished. You also can't unload the machines, because all baskets occupied as well. I saw some people just take the clothes from the machines and put it randomly in the room, then the owner coming back and can't find it. Very messy.

Stepping into the hotel, I immediately felt a sense of calm. The minimalist, natural design of the lobby, with its wooden aesthetic and warm lighting, felt incredibly soft and refined. The reading nook and lounge sofas in the common area were cleverly designed. The Atour bedding was soft yet supportive, and lying down instantly melted away my fatigue. The soundproofing was also quite good. The toiletries had a particularly pleasant woody scent, which was very unique. I especially want to commend Jinwen and Lingli at the front desk! They were all smiles throughout, speaking in gentle and friendly tones. They handled my check-in efficiently and patiently, and even offered to help with my luggage. When I checked out, they gave me a farewell gift. Both the hotel breakfast and late-night snacks were high-quality and varied. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel warm and at ease.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Yesterday, many hotels in Urumqi were not only expensive but also fully booked. I didn't expect this hotel to offer such high quality at such a great price. For only 300 yuan, it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff were warm, attentive, and very kind to guests. Even though there were rooms available, they proactively arranged a better room for us. Highly recommend it!

The location of the hotel is excellent, if you are arriving by flight from the airport. The location of the hotel is in a fairly central area, it is convenient for people who need to rest a night before/after a flight. They also drove us to the airport in the morning free of charge, that was very nice.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and quick, and even thoughtfully provided information on local attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was stable. All facilities were well-maintained. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The cleaning staff were meticulous, replenishing supplies...

Close to the airport, and if the weather's good, you should be able to see the snow-capped mountains. The service is excellent, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The water pressure is strong, and the hot water is comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. The only minor issues are that the shower room isn't convenient for hanging clothes, and the bath towel rack is outside, which is a bit awkward. Also, the round table wobbles quite a bit; it could use a repair.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with every question we had. They were always willing to assist us. The location was also excellent and very convenient for getting around. The only downside was that the electricity went out a couple of times during our stay. Other than that, everything was good, and overall it was a nice hotel. We would recommend it.

Excellent! The hotel even offers late-night snacks, and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also okay, and they provide free shuttle service to and from the station/airport in business vehicles! Very high-quality service; this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Perfect place to stay, with an amazing view. Really worth considering the price (little) it gives more than expected. The guy at reception was really helpful and nice with us, giving the room much before the normal check-in time, that was amazing 'cause it was snowing a lot outside, and also giving us food advice. The location is good, close to the train station and close to the stop of several buses to the center. There are some places round also to eat, we ended up in a place run from a wonderful, kind woman who cooks delicious food .

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station. Although the area nearby is still under construction, it's not noisy. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors, and the room decor is really cute. The laundry room and gym equipment are in the same space, so you can wash and dry your clothes while you work out. The staff are all great and try their best to help with anything you need. I've been to Urumqi twice, and both times I stayed at a Wanda hotel – not the exact same one, but the service has always been top-notch.
