"We arrived yesterday 15 of June and checked out today on 16 of June was supposed to be a 7 day holiday do not waste your time or money this place is a 1star at best do not believe what you see in photos a complete con I do not believe anyone from love holiday either visited let alone stayed there or they wouldn’t be advertising it on their site now we’ve had to pay to stay in another hotel as there was no point in complaining the place is a complete dump even when we were getting shuttle from airport and told driver where we were staying he started laughing that should have told us something plus trying to contact love holiday to complain they don’t have email address but are quick to take your money every month hopefully they will see this and reach out to us"

"Warm welcome, superb location. Lovely 45-minute walk to Cala Blanca. Regarding the hotel itself, nice pool, clean hotel. Entertainment every evening. However, the restaurant is very noisy and lacks charm; it feels like a hospital cafeteria. The food is okay, but nothing special."

"Εξαιρετική διαμονή στο THB Royal, φανταστική τοποθεσία, 10/15 λεπτά βόλτα σας πάει στην παραλία, στρίψε αριστερά για τη Μαρίνα με τα εστιατόρια και τα καταστήματα ή στρίψε δεξιά, που σας πάει στην πόλη με το πλήθος των εστιατόρων/ μπαρ και καταστημάτων. Το ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο είναι όμορφο, όμορφο γήπεδο, δύο μεγάλες πισίνα, 2 μικρές πισίνα παιδιών. Ήμασταν σε ένα Junior Suite με Πουλ Βουτ Βουτ, δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια, ένα με τραπέζια και καρέκλες, το άλλο με ηλιακές ντουλάπες (τέλειο για να πιάσουμε λίγη αργή βραδιά ηλίου). Φτάσαμε στις 5 Ιουνίου και μείναμε σε μισή βάση. Όταν φτάσαμε γύρω από το 8.45pm το εστιατόριο ήταν ακόμα ανοιχτό έτσι μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε φαγητό και ποτό. Το ξενοδοχείο είχε την πλήρη επιλογή, η οποία από την άποψη των τροφίμων, χαίρομαι που δεν το επιλέξαμε, καθώς το εστιατόριο ήταν ανοιχτό από τις 12:00 για γεύμα και μετά έκλεισε και είχε μόνο ένα φορτηγό που υπηρετούσε κρεπέ και χοτ-ντογκ (μετά από 3.30pm) Έτσι, αν δεν είστε οπαδός των κρεπέ και χοτ ντογκ, δεν υπάρχει τίποτα άλλο διαθέσιμο από μια ολοκληρωμένη άποψη εκτός από το αλκοόλ ή τα μαλακά ποτά/τσάι και καφέ. Υπήρχαν δύο μπαρ πισίνας, ένα που ήταν ανοιχτό αλλά το μπαρ πισίνας στην κορυφή δεν ήταν ποτέ ανοιχτό όταν ήμασταν εκεί, που ήταν απογοητευτικό, αν ήθελες ένα ποτό, έπρεπε να πας στο άλλο μπαρ πισίνας. Υπήρχε μια Pizzeria/Restaurant επάνω, αλλά δεν ήταν ποτέ ανοιχτή τη μέρα και μόνο τη νύχτα για ποτά. Υπήρχε ένα σούπερ μικρό μίνι-μάρκετ που πούλησε βασικά τα πάντα, έτσι απλά πήραμε το ποτό μας από εκεί (πολύ φτηνό). Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό, κάτι για όλους (και είμαστε γεμάτοι φαγητά) διαφορετικά τραπέζια εκπομπής κάθε βράδυ που δοκίμαζαν. Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν αρκετά φιλικοί και τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν κάθε δεύτερη μέρα. Κατά την ημέρα της αναχώρησης μας, τα δωμάτια έπρεπε να είναι ελεύθερα μέχρι τις 12 το μεσημέρι. Υπάρχει ένα αποσκευές & ακόμη και 4 ντους/αλλάγματα δωμάτια που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν αν έχετε αργήσει να πάρετε, όπως εμείς. Συστήνουμε πολύ αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σε οποιονδήποτε από όλες τις ηλικίες. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα (ελπίζουμε σύντομα !)"

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; the receptionist was very welcoming and patient, providing a comprehensive introduction to the hotel and the entire island. It's about a 10-minute drive from Timanfaya Park. Parking is easy, with free parking available and plenty of spaces. Choose a larger room type, as the smallest can feel a bit cramped. Overall, the accommodations are quite comfortable: the blankets are soft, and the pillows are the perfect height; the water heater is rather basic, but sufficient for a normal shower. The only issue was the unstable electrical wiring; the adapter we used was difficult to plug in and wouldn't charge. It was likely a connection problem. By the way, the restaurant attached to the hotel is delicious. The potatoes with the green sauce were quite good. The steak was reasonably priced, and I personally thought it was tasty. The seafood paella is also good; the price listed is for one serving, but it's sold for a minimum of two people."

"This was our second visit to the lovely Casa El Morro and it was good to be back. We stayed at Christmas last time so the days were short and the evenings chilly. This time we had long days to enjoy the wonderful pool area and all that Lanzarote has to offer. It is unusual to be offered breakfast included in the price when staying in an apartment and what a lovely selection of fresh produce there is available to set you up for the day. We think that this is a very special place, yes it's rustic but the welcome and the setting are amazing. Thank you so much for another memorable stay."

HL Paradise Island

"Everyone says honest review and this is mine some will love it and some will hate it, Hotel: To be fair the hotel is fine, basic and AI food standard with watered down alcohol same old same old, but you can’t pay peanuts and expect champagne like some, Our room was spotless with cleaners coming everyday (who are very polite) we also don’t live like farm animals and kept our room clean and tidy so no bugs for us. Water park is a blast and is far enough from the bar that the Jeremy Kyle rejects can’t be arsed to wonder so it’s relatively quiet unlike their watering hole (pool bar). Yes the hotel is rough around the edges but it’s good enough for the price we paid, some of the guests let it down, I found the Essex/ Cockney the most intolerable. I witnessed a woman screaming at a life guard because he asked her to take her necklace off on the slide, to be fair if it ripped her head off her body probably wouldn’t notice for a couple of weeks . We had a hire car so didn’t spend every waking moment at the hotel, think I would have killed myself. We also never used the bars on a-night so can’t comment but the amount of times the police attended says it all. The food court can be another whole experience, you get dinner and a show. We loved nothing more then watching some of the wildlife’s offspring load a plate full chips spilling half of them all over the floor then moaning the cleaners don’t clean up , be warned some of the Jeremy Kyle rejects come to life in the food hall and it is disgusting. Tips: Get a hire car, ours was about €120 for our stay cheap as chips and saves you from the Jeremy Kyle guests. Don’t park said car against traffic €40 fine as I found out. Explore the island loads to see and do. Barneys in town was a blast with live acts Monday - Saturday at 9:45 great atmosphere and friendly staff with great prices. This sounds like a negative review but it’s really not the hotel is fine, once you get the lay of the land we had a great time and it was a good base. With friendly staff Enjoy"

"Here’s the fully combined and polished review: We had a wonderful stay at H10 Lanzarote Princess and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote. One of the highlights of our trip was the Sakura Teppanyaki restaurant. It was a fantastic dining experience with four to five small courses, all freshly cooked in front of you. Every dish was full of flavour, and there was a great variety of options — for the meat course, for example, you could choose between chicken, steak, or duck. It was a real standout experience and definitely worth booking early, especially as it only opens twice a week. We also loved the Italian à la carte restaurant. The pizzas and pasta dishes were excellent, but the prawn salad and veal carpaccio were particularly delicious. The buffet restaurant offered a great selection at both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast included everything from a full English to lighter options such as fruit and cereals, plus an omelette and egg station. Tea, coffee, and juice are self-service, which occasionally caused small queues, but these moved quickly. The cava at breakfast was a lovely extra touch. Dinner at the buffet also had plenty of variety, including fresh meat and fish cooked to order, as well as pre-prepared dishes, salads, and paella. We especially enjoyed the Mexican-themed evening with tasty fajitas, tacos, and nachos. For lunch, the Cactus Bar was excellent, serving fresh baguettes, salads, and fried food cooked to order. The entertainment team were also fantastic — friendly, enthusiastic, and never at all pushy. There was a lovely mix of activities for both adults and children throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the adults’ “Wine & Art” session, as well as a game similar to shuffleboard. They also offered water aerobics, stretching classes, and plenty of other activities to suit different interests. Although we didn’t personally attend the evening entertainment, there seemed to be a good variety of shows and events available each night. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available. A few additional sunshades would have been helpful, but there were enough if you found a good spot early. There are two large pools plus a children’s pool, with one pool partially indoors and heated. The main pool was spacious and a great depth for both adults and children, although overall I would say the hotel is particularly well suited to families. We also really enjoyed the mini golf, which is free to use. We played most afternoons and had great fun. The gym was small but well equipped. Air conditioning could have been better, but it was comfortable enough in the mornings with the doors and windows open. Unfortunately, we struggled to book a massage because the spa was fully booked, so I would definitely recommend arranging treatments in advance.
