An extraordinary stay. The hotel's location is strategically in the city center with easy access to business and entertainment areas. Upon arrival, the staff's service was highly professional, friendly, and responsive. The room was very spacious, clean, and meticulously designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud with premium sheets and a customizable pillow menu. The in-room facilities were complete, including a large LED TV, a minibar, and a marble bathroom with a bathtub and luxurious, fragrant amenities.

I’ve stayed here twice. The rates are cheap, but the rooms are always really clean. Breakfast options are limited. But it's nicely seasoned. Strangely, many of the rooms in this hotel have no window. Could you please use better quality beans for the ground coffee in the morning?

We have glued to this hotel for the last 2 or 3 years😀, everything is good, nothing to complain about. From arrival to check out, all staffs are well trained and functioning well. In this 2026, we have done 2 trips to Medan and stayed here + got the same room as I requested. We are coming back on 20 May and hopefully will get the same room too😊😊

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

Had pleasant stay for 1 night , the location is excellent, staff were all very friendly and breakfast was a nice way to start the day, would definitely recommend for the location and friendly service especially for family with young children

This is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

Conveniently located from the train station (though we used Grab). Loved the availability of WatsApp with the hotel, they responded promptly. Despite 1 set of toiletries for 2 guest, seemed a little silly. The housekeeper are always very kind to provide more when requested. Excellent masseuse at the Spa on L2. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous though the 'top up' is slow after 9am. Centre point Centre shopping mall is just right behind the hotel.. with variety of f&b, shops & korean supermarket.

Actually, this hotel is still in the same group as Darma Agung but the facilities are different. Until this hotel is exited because of the environment, the hotel area is spacious. If you stay here for 2 days, you'll be satisfied just exploring the hotel and its surroundings. The hotel location has a lake that can be used for bathing because it is not deep. 7 minutes from the hotel, there is a****ta port, there is a swimming pool. The view from the room directly faces the lake, you can see the fish in the lake... So it's fun for children. In front of the traditional PSR hotel, you can explore looking for typical Lake Toba clothes. Km take superior room B facing the lake for only IDR. 359,000 ... Everything was good except the bed. My back is aching cause the bed is too soft it sunken. I was upgraded to super deluxe but then it had no bathtub as what I originally booked. Hence, I get them to change back to my original room category as I purposely booked deluxe queen because of the bathtub.

No hair dryer and the electricity is not stable. No common area for eating my birthday cake or any special for birthday. Needless to say, the television is full of snow flower. Yet, the location is excellent within 40 mins to the international airport.
