Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

the room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

Stayed here a few times and have always found it to be a decent, no-frills option. The rooms are basic but comfortable for a short stay. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to Pasar Siti Khadijah, Dataran Agrotruck, and other attractions in the city centre, making it very convenient to get around. The room was clean and of an acceptable size—comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the lobby area, which had a projector screening FIFA matches, a vending machine, and a small kids’ play area. The breakfast was just average. I went around 9:30 AM, and several items such as baked beans, baked potatoes, and sausages were not refilled. The variety was also quite limited. Parking was convenient. There are a few covered parking spaces under the building, including an EV charger, as well as additional outdoor parking. Parking is free for hotel guests. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location, though the breakfast could be improved.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

A night at Jewels Hotel, Kota Bharu – charmingly modest yet full of pleasant surprises. We snagged a room for RM152, and despite its appearance as a budget establishment, it turned out to be delightfully comfortable. The room was spacious, elegant, beautifully furnished, everything one needs to unwind after a day of exploring. Only one small hiccup: toiletries were basic — a 3-in-1 shower gel (shampoo + conditioner) plus towel, and that’s it. No toothbrush, paste, cotton buds and so on. If those were included, I’d be rating it an A+. Some interesting colour: Jewels Hotel was formerly known as Habib Hotel and is part of the HABIB Group. Its theme, as you might guess, revolves around “jewels”, reflected in its decor and name. All in all, for value and comfort right in the heart of Kota Bharu, it hits the spot — perfect for travellers on the go wanting something pleasant without breaking the bank.

Overall, the room was good, but the wardrobe had a musty smell that bothered me while sleeping. The room wasn't soundproof at all; I could hear snoring from the next room. 😂 The cleanliness could use some improvement; the towels weren't new and looked like they'd been used for years. 😂 They really should replace them; new ones can't be that expensive.

The hotel was good and the service was satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable for the price. It felt quite private, the hotel was clean, and most of the essential amenities were provided. Overall, a very pleasant stay 👍🏻”

Beautiful resort with lots of amenities and activities. My son had a good time with all the activities provided such as bicycle ride and walking by the mangrove
