"This is one of the best hotels in Rawang. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I hope the pricing remains reasonable to continue attracting travelers. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to AEON Rawang, restaurants, and various coffee shops. Will return to this hotel if I visit Rawang again."

"If you’re staying with a kids, please don’t bother staying here. Or maybe my bad luck with another guest. I was at the pool with my kids, only there for less than 5 min, (my kid did’nt even in the pool yet) came this arrogant chinese lady, asked me to keep quiet because she wants to sleep. MIND YOU I WAS NOT LOUD, MY KID WAS NOT LOUD. WE DIDNT SHOUT AS WHAT SHE SAID. The management (caretaker) later came and asked us to keep quiet as THAT LADY complained. Even the caretaker understand us and admit that we’re not loud nor shouting. I was totally unhappy and asked my kid to leave the pool which we’ve been not even 10 min overall. We later prepared to checkout early, I think it is not even 10am. We are really dissapointed. The dissapointment came from the management on how they handle the issue. I did asked for proof on how loud are we being. They can’t proof us. Because none of it ever happened. I suggest you put on your ads, NO KIDS ALLOWED. It will be easier for everyone."

"To make things even better, it would be great if you could provide clothes hangers. Here in Malaysia, many women wear headscarves, and sometimes we bring outfits for events, so it's really inconvenient not to have a place to hang towels and clothes. Also, a more absorbent bath mat would be helpful. That's all. The water pressure in my room's tap for the toilet was also quite slow, maybe you could check why. Anyway, overall the experience was okay, I wasn't frustrated at all. In fact, for the price I paid for two nights, I'm quite satisfied."

"Easy self check-in and fast replies from the host. The place had everything we needed, Netflix was a nice bonus and having a Speedmart & a mall nearby was super convenient. We had a small issue with the iron, but the host responded quickly and sent a staff member over. They even came earlier than their usual working hours, which we really appreciated. Thanks for the quick response and great service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!"

"Hotel Review Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good. There are just a few areas that could be improved: 1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests. 2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging. 3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained. 4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."
