The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities. There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted.

Since it's a trailer house, the unit bath felt a little cold in the winter, but other than that it was comfortable. The newspaper was a nice little treat, letting me know what was going on in the area. There were also plenty of restaurants near the hotel, which was great.

Hotel location away from the train station is suitable for self-driving passengers, the room size is small, the health is OK, there is a parking lot downstairs but there are fewer parking spaces to park far away.

When I arrived, it was dark and old building, so I thought it was cheap, so I thought it was possible to do it, but it was nice to be cleaned in a comfortable space where the feeling of hospitality was transmitted everyday! It was a good place to want to use it again.

I used it for the first time. It was a reservation with a pet, but there were not many noisy rules about pets, and pet diapers (each size), pet sheets, crosses, etc. were free and free. The pet stayed in a corner called a special room. When I opened the door, there was a small vertical dog run in the corridor, and the corridor was narrow, but it was good to have a space for pets to play. There is a door in the room in front of the dog run, so you don't have to worry about running away even if you jump out of the room. It seems that if you want to go to the room, you will also get a pet staircase. Human amenities are similar to business hotels. There is also a free bath salt, shampoo, rinse rental, and free wine in the lounge. There is a free massage chair (only one). There was no curfew, and there were not many people in and out, and I was able to spend it comfortably. Also, it seems that you are protecting cats, and there is also a space to interact with cats in another building. It was a hotel that was easy to spend.

I had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Tsukasa in Sendai. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. My room was beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Japanese house, and I had the unique experience of sleeping on the floor like a true Japanese. I also loved wearing the traditional robe provided in the room — it added an authentic touch to the stay. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sendai!

First of all, the bath can be large. It is a spacious size even if two people enter. This time it was a low type bed, but it was also good. The room is also large. There is a supermarket nearby, and even if I stayed for consecutive nights, I could spend a relaxing time without getting tired at all. Also, I had to leave the room once for consecutive nights, so I was able to love it!

quite dated hotel, a lot of things are quite old/dated/worn, location is ok, ＜10min walk from station, convenience stores nearby, 10min walk to the ferry and eating places. mostly clean and neat, amenities available. for price, not bad. walls are quite thin, so you hear next door noises. Shower water temp tends to be slightly not too stable. no electric outlets near bed, not convenient

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was given a certificate of accommodation, and the breakfast was delicious. In particular, the attitude towards foreigners was good, they were able to help me right away when I forgot my key, and the hotel staff were very kind. I think it's so good that I'd like to book again next time I travel to Tohoku.

酒店乾淨整齊，但裝潢有點舊式。單人房間大小適中。酒店大堂大氣。地點方面，近火車站,附近又有aeon mall，內有大型超市及餐廳。當然附近亦有不少壽司店。 玩松島住塩釜酒店亦是不錯的選擇。塩釜是個舒適小鎮，本身亦有些不錯的景點，秋天上神社，楓葉很漂亮。搭J R去松島很方便，亦可搭觀光船直接由松島，是個不錯的體驗。 酒店前台部份職員英文程度不好，但整體有禮。 酒店後邊有個小山丘，有小神社，不妨上去看看全鎮風景。
