"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!"

"After much deliberation for this trip, I chose The Westin Hotel. It's conveniently located next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is within walking distance. The overall design features Tang Dynasty-style courtyards, with a grand lobby exuding ancient charm. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even offer views of the pagoda's night scenery. The hotel boasts a full range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with many local Xi'an flavors to sample. During the summer, it was noticeable that the hotel was quite busy, with the restaurant usually full between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Since the hotel opened quite a while ago, some facilities show their age slightly, but overall, it's clean and well-maintained. Upon check-in, the hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum, which is directly accessible via an elevator from the hotel lobby. The main exhibition hall showcases exquisite gold and jade artifacts, with dazzling Ming and Qing dynasty gold jewelry and jade pieces. There are also ceramic exhibition halls and a Picasso exhibition. You can scan QR codes to listen to audio guides, and a thorough visit takes about an hour and a half. Staying here allows you to leisurely visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in the evening and explore the Everbright City at night, saving you the hassle of commuting. The nearby Joy City offers convenient shopping and dining options. During my stay, coffee and milk tea ordered were promptly delivered to my room by robots."

As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. "My top choice for business trips! The location is super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, so my schedule wasn't delayed at all. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable and met all my work needs. It's really good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool."

"This is *the* go-to hotel for the middle class visiting Xi'an's Qujiang area, hands down! I've stayed at the W for 1800 a night, and it wasn't significantly better – definitely not worth the price. The cluster of hotels slightly south of Qujiang are all around 300 a night, but they just feel like slightly cleaner budget hotels. And those older luxury hotels in Qujiang are truly showing their age; the musty smell plus stained carpets are just unacceptable. So, before this hotel opened, your only options in Qujiang were the 1800+ W or a 350 budget hotel. This was my first time staying here, and I was genuinely surprised by how great it was! I entered through the basement parking, which isn't grand, but the fusion of Chinese and English decor on the first floor is really impressive, easily exceeding 5-star standards. The rooms themselves are 4.5-star quality, and you can even play with the smart glass! 😂 The overall atmosphere is incredibly quiet and sophisticated, spacious and bright. The staff, both men and women, provided excellent service. If you're looking for a hotel in southern Xi'an (near Qujiang) with similar expectations to mine, there really isn't any other choice! A special shout-out to Molly at the front desk, who provided a wonderfully detailed concierge experience!"

"Over 700 for a room with executive lounge access? What more could you ask for! I booked an Executive Twin Room, which included breakfast for two plus executive lounge access for afternoon tea and happy hour. For this price in the center of Xi'an, the value for money is unbeatable. The hotel facilities definitely show their age, but they are well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The happy hour at the executive lounge was surprisingly substantial, with hot dishes, a noodle bar, and desserts. After a day of sightseeing, I didn't feel like going out to find food, so it was convenient and relaxing to just have dinner at the lounge. The breakfast spread was also rich, offering both local specialties and Western options. Our family of three was very satisfied with the meals. The biggest plus was the service. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was warm and professional. The guest relations team even contacted me specifically to inquire about my stay experience, which shows this hotel truly puts effort into its service. In short, at this price, this location, and with this service, what more could you possibly want? I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an! 😄😄😄"
