Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the subway exit is right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and very friendly. The hotel facilities were comprehensive. The environment was quiet, and both transportation and parking were convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Found a hidden gem of a guesthouse in Xi'an! The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The exclusive rooftop viewing platform offers amazing photo opportunities with the Bell Tower. All facilities and amenities are well-equipped, with thoughtful details throughout, and the service is attentive and friendly. It's truly a perfect place to rest during a trip. The brunch, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and even a small souvenir upon check-out all demonstrate the attention to detail and care provided.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

The room was exceptionally clean, the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail, and the hot springs were simply amazing! So relaxing and great for the skin after a soak. Hotel guests have exclusive access directly into the Huaqing Palace, making it such a pleasant experience to enjoy the scenic spots early in the morning when there are fewer crowds. Don't miss the evening live-action dance drama 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a full range of Shaanxi local delicacies alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. Dinner was also superb; the crispy yet tender gourd chicken (Hulu Ji) was a highlight, and the glutinous yellow rice cake was an absolute favorite. Since we were exhausted from our travels, we thoughtfully packed it to eat in the room. The room also came with complimentary little gifts and a soothing bedtime soup. Five-star recommendation, we will definitely be back!

This is an apartment hotel, and it has all the amenities an apartment should have: a fridge, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and even tableware. It's perfect for extended stays of several days. The swimming pool and gym are also fully equipped, making for a cozy and comfortable stay. The selection at the East and West buffet breakfast is a bit limited, but it's exquisite and delicious, with different offerings each day. The Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are within walking distance. The Bell and Drum Towers and the Ancient City Wall are about 6 km away, and shared bicycles are very convenient for getting around!

I came for a staycation the night before school started, and I was torn between the InterContinental Economic Development Zone and the InterContinental High-tech Zone. Since I hadn't been to the High-tech Zone one, I decided to give it a try. The hotel opened in 2019 and was renovated in 2023. It's located next to Yanping Gate, with plenty of good food nearby, though it's a bit far from tourist attractions. As a Platinum Ambassador, I was pre-upgraded via email to an open-plan suite, but due to a cleanliness issue, I was moved to a one-bedroom suite. The room featured Byredo BLANCHE toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. It's worth mentioning that the bathrobes in the room were unique and very comfortable to wear. The overall decor of the room was dominated by dark-toned stone, a classic InterContinental style. The biggest highlight of the one-bedroom suite was a huge circular bathtub, about a meter in diameter, which was incredibly comfortable for soaking. This bathtub might just be the best in Xi'an. Before checking in, I had heard that the hotel's F&B was excellent, and my experience confirmed it. The lounge's afternoon tea was decent, though it did include carbs like Liangpi or Liangmian (cold noodles), which is very Xi'an. However, the happy hour was fantastic, with about 7-8 hot dishes, many cold dishes, and a wide selection of drinks. A bartender from the lobby bar even came specifically to mix drinks during happy hour. The overall quality of the lounge could rival the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an. The breakfast selection was even more outstanding, with freshly made Roujiamo (meat burgers), Cheong Fun, and beef noodles, all tasting delicious and full of local flavor. And because it's in the High-tech Zone, there were fewer children in the lounge, making the overall experience much better than Marriott's lounges. The service is another aspect of this hotel that deserves high praise. It's truly surprising that a hotel in Xi'an, which is often considered a service 'lowland,' can provide service standards comparable to luxury brands. All the staff were very enthusiastic, professional, and attentive. At breakfast, all staff members would kindly greet you, and because the breakfast area is quite large, they would also help you get some food. Regarding service, I must specifically commend Fiona & Rita from the lounge, and the duty manager Jennifer. Due to staying up late watching the US Open, I only got a quick glimpse of the fitness facilities. The changing rooms had plunge pools, and the pool water temperature was moderate, though the length was a bit short. It meets standard five-star expectations. Overall, the hotel industry in Xi'an is very competitive, with the W Hotel flagship, the Hualuxe and Westin near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, two JW and InterContinental hotels in the High-tech Zone and north of the city, and two Grand Hyatts and one Hyatt Regency already open, with Park Hyatt also on the horizon. The name InterContinental High-tech Zone might easily be overlooked among these, but among all the hotels I've stayed at in Xi'an, this one definitely ranks in the top three.

Novotel Xi'an Bell Tower is located right in the city center, right next to the Bell Tower, making getting around super convenient! There's even a direct shuttle bus right outside the hotel. The room amenities were great and the environment was spotless! I stayed for three days during the National Day holiday: the hotel service was exceptionally attentive, and the breakfast was rich with great local specialties. It left a wonderful and lasting impression on my first trip to Xi'an!

Had a very comfortable stay at the HUALUXE Xi'an Tanghua, and I just had to leave a review. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively stepped in to help with our luggage. Miss Xu made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and Shanzha at the front desk patiently explained the hotel facilities while thoughtfully offering local sightseeing tips. The guest room was exceptionally well-maintained with soft, pleasant lighting. However, it still differs from modern business hotels—if you are looking for high-tech gadgets and facilities, this might not be for you. But for those who appreciate traditional Tang Dynasty garden aesthetics and antique charm, this is definitely the place to choose.

The room was clean and tidy, offering great value for money. A special shout-out to the housekeeping auntie, who was always warm and friendly, greeting us every time she passed by – it was truly heartwarming. The male staff member at the front desk who handled our check-in was professional and amiable, providing excellent service. The hotel arranged a room with a great view for us, and it was the best view we had among all the five-star hotels we stayed at during this trip. The lobby staff were polite and attentive, and the doorman at the entrance actively opened doors for us when we arrived and departed, and helped with our luggage. The location is excellent; it's a five to six-minute walk to Qujiang Ruins Park, which has a beautiful environment, and Datang Furong Garden is also just a five to six-minute walk away. There's also a shopping complex nearby, making dining, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment all incredibly convenient. The Cantonese restaurant within the hotel also offered delicious food. When checking out, the female front desk staff even specially prepared a suitable small gift for our little boy – the attention to detail was exceptional. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay! After comparing many options, we chose this European brand hotel, and indeed, based on my experience, foreign-owned hotels generally have an edge in service detail management. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. While other tourist services in Xi'an weren't great, our stay at this hotel was quite comfortable!

The location is close to Chang乐 Gate and Yongxingfang, but you'll need to bike or take a ride-share to the subway. We mostly used taxis to get around. The decor is a bit dated, but the lobby has a distinct Shaanxi character, and the lighting and other details create a nice ambiance. The in-room amenities are complete but also quite old; they really should consider replacing things like the hair dryer. Breakfast was decent, with good roujiamo (meat burger), youpo lazi (oil-splashed chili sauce), and shepherd's purse wontons. The children enjoyed the zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake) and black rice porridge, though the salad bar was a bit limited. The service was good. The front desk was excellent, and the service for the hot water basin beef in the restaurant was great. The lady making roujiamo was enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff even replenished my bath bags when they noticed I like to take baths. The service really made up for the outdated facilities.
