The hotel is brand new, and the daily cleaning service is very prompt. The staff are incredibly friendly. Its location by the lake is absolutely fantastic. When I checked out, they asked about my stay, personally walked me to my car, and even gave me a super cute little gift. A truly wonderful hotel!

I had been checking for room availability at Cascada almost every week because it seemed to sell out so quickly. When a room finally became available for our travel dates, I booked it immediately. After staying here, I completely understand why it's so popular. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Swiss hotel standards. One detail I absolutely loved was the hotel's unique waterfall theme. Every room is named after a Swiss waterfall, and there's a QR code in the room that lets you learn more about the waterfall you're staying in. Ours was the *Rheinfall* room, which added a fun and memorable local touch to our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, making it easy to start the day well-fed before exploring Lucerne. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, with the reception team being especially friendly and helpful. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is only about a 6-minute walk from Lucerne train station, making it very convenient for travellers arriving by train. At the same time, it's situated on a quieter street, away from the crowds and traffic around the station area, so it feels much more peaceful. The Old Town and the iconic Chapel Bridge are also within easy walking distance, around 10 to 12 minutes away. As an added bonus, guests receive a visitor card that provides free public transportation during their stay, making it even easier to get around the city. Overall, Cascada Boutique Hotel offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality. From the spacious themed rooms to the friendly staff and excellent location, it's easy to see why this hotel is often fully booked. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Lucerne.

I had a really comfortable stay in this capsule hotel! The capsules are spacious enough and there’s a free locker to put our luggage. Toilets are always kept clean and dry. The lounge area is spacious and comfy. There’s a microwave, mini fridge and cutleries provided. The staffs are all really friendly as well. The location is about 15 minutes walk from Luzern Train Station, but you can take a bus if walking isn’t for you. There’s a Coop 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel which is very convenient.

From check-in to check-out, we absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The ladies at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when assisting us with arranging our trip to Mt. Pilatus. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with just a few minutes’ walk to the main attractions. Having a parking lot right next to the hotel was also a huge plus for us. Excellent service, a fantastic location, and thoughtful little perks. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Switzerland. Highly recommended! ❤️

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne boasts a truly perfect location, right next to the train station and the KKL Culture and Convention Centre. It's just a few minutes' walk to the lakeside and Chapel Bridge. The rooms are spacious and bright, with efficient air conditioning. Some lake view rooms even offer distant views of Mount Pilatus. The bedding is comfortable, and soundproofing is excellent. Front desk service is warm and professional; they've swiftly helped guests change rooms and even mailed back forgotten items free of charge, which was very impressive. Breakfast reviews are mixed; some guests praise its variety, while others complain about stale bread and limited seating. Wi-Fi can be a bit unstable occasionally, and during peak season, staffing sometimes feels a little stretched. Overall, combining convenience with comfort, it's an efficient choice for exploring Lucerne.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 100 meters from Lucerne train station. This spot is perfect for travelers who want to check in quickly after their journey. Upon arriving at 1:30 PM, the front desk had already printed out my reservation, and I was able to check in immediately without waiting for my room, which was great. Since I booked a 'comfort room,' which is essentially the cheapest option (still over 2000 yuan), the room size was quite small. The bathroom, in particular, was tiny – the smallest I've ever seen, even smaller than those in space-constrained Hong Kong or Tokyo hotels. A 1.75-meter person would hit the wall just trying to turn around. Everything else was good, though; the room had decent natural light and good lighting arrangements.

A very clean castle hotel with a classic feel. The toiletries are also British brands. The breakfast is satisfactory. The location is excellent and you can overlook the whole city. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. It gave me a very good and warm feeling. If there is another chance, I will bring my family here again.

It was a late check-in, so they left an envelope with instructions and keys for us. When I called reception, it turned out the manager spoke 6 languages, including Russian, and guided me through the check-in remotely. Special thanks to manager Bangin Salih for the prompt assistance with check-in and the attentive care for guests. It was a pleasure to feel such care and willingness to help in any situation. The quality of the bed linen was delightful, and the duvet and pillows felt like clouds 💔. The cleanliness, service, and especially the breakfast were beyond all praise 😍

Location: About a ten-minute walk to the station, or there's a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away with frequent buses that take you directly there in three stops – very convenient. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Splosht Bridge and easy to walk to the lively Old Town. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and there were complimentary drinks in the lobby until 5 PM. Room: We stayed in a top-floor room with a balcony that offered a great view. However, there was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans and a kettle. The only downside was that the bed was quite poor and sagged a bit, which is a definite negative. Breakfast: We stayed for three days. On the first day, which was a Saturday, there was smoked salmon and melon, but these weren't available on the subsequent two days. Generally, there were scrambled eggs, various cold cuts and cheeses, bread, and a coffee machine where you could get a cappuccino. The female staff member at breakfast (wearing glasses) was particularly efficient, quietly doing a lot of work and very polite – she's a real asset. Overall, I'd give breakfast an 80%. Summary: Very good, exceeded expectations.
