5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests were comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, a fantastic location, and a great breakfast made for an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful, modern hotel where we only found positives. Daily wet cleaning of the rooms with towel changes, very thorough cleaning, which is important for us. The room is modern, spacious, cozy, the plumbing is good and clearly maintained, everything works. Excellent air conditioning system and a spacious balcony. On the 4th floor of the hotel there is a pool area: also very spacious, the pool is moderately deep, large and clean, with sun loungers and a bar nearby; there is a separate cool play area for children (even we adults found it interesting and fun to be there) 😁 The reception is open 24/7, the staff speaks good English, and it's also a nice touch that a separate employee greets you and escorts you to a taxi with your luggage. A huge selection of dishes for breakfast - everything is very tasty and varied. Everything you need is near the hotel: Jomtien Beach itself, many massage parlors, cafes, a 24-hour laundry, and a small market and exchange office within a 10-minute walk.

1. Location: Slightly away from the center, but you can get to the downtown area for under 100 baht. 2. Cleanliness: Extremely clean compared to Amari Pattaya. 3. Service: 1) 12th-floor lounge: Had a comfortable and wonderful time thanks to Ms. ”Ella”. 2) 1st-floor lounge: Had a comfortable and wonderful time thanks to Ms. ”Luna”. 3) Lobby: Received our requested connecting rooms free of charge with no extra fees, and got very friendly and thorough explanations. 4) Dining: While not 100% satisfied, I was over 99% satisfied. 4. Facilities: 1) Water park: Simply the best, as expected. 2) Pool bar: Feels a bit dated. 3) Spa facilities: Clean and highly enthusiastic. 4) Others: Felt just like last year. 5. Overall Experience: 1) Will definitely stay here again. 2) It was so good that I wish I could have stayed here for the entire trip.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Terminal 21. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very spacious, with only minor imperfections, and the linens are spotless. Breakfast deserves its own special mention: there's something for everyone. Cheese, cold cuts, three types of yogurt, various nuts, pastries, flatbreads, cakes, chips, rolls, fruits, ice cream, meat... the list goes on. There are pools of different depths, including a slide. The sea view is lovely. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, a gym, and a kids' club. There's also a club card available, but we didn't purchase it. We received a complimentary room upgrade to the 8th floor, which had a sea view, a very large room, and a sofa. The balcony even had two sun loungers, a table, and a shower.

We checked in at 3:30 AM – the whole process was quick and smooth, and they were expecting us. The 1,000 Baht room deposit was refunded on the day of departure. The breakfasts are good; they always have eggs cooked in various ways, several hot dishes (spaghetti, chicken, fish, and occasionally meat every day), soups, plenty of greens and vegetables. For fruits, they had pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. There is plain and fruit yogurt, dried fruits, cereals, pancakes, French toast, and coffee from a coffee machine. I might be forgetting something. The staff are very polite and always try to help. Our room was in the new wing – a huge, comfortable bed with a firm mattress, a spacious room, and all toiletries provided. The only downside (for me) was the lack of a wardrobe; all our clothes were out in the open. As for housekeeping, it was standard: quick and not very thorough. The balcony was not swept even once during our 8 days. We really liked the location. The street is relatively quiet, a 3-4 minute walk to the sea, and close to a small local market where we had dinner a few times and bought fruits. Overall, our impression of the hotel is entirely positive. We would gladly return again.

The room was spacious and clean, and the shower pressure was good. The location is convenient, but the noise from Soi 6 right next door was very loud. I think it's a great location for those who want to enjoy the nightlife, but if you're the type who wants to sleep peacefully at night, it might be better to avoid it, or request a room facing away from the street. I was so tired that I still managed to sleep, and the shops seem to close by 1 or 2 AM at the latest, so it wasn't a huge problem.

The room is large with plenty of storage space. Everything is within walking distance – 7/11, tuk-tuk, and so on. It's about a 10-minute walk to the windmill market, or a couple of minutes by tuk-tuk. They don't provide an ashtray, and there are no disposable slippers, only rubber ones which aren't very hygienic. An iron and ironing board are not provided. Breakfasts are decent. There's a hairdryer and bathrobes. Be aware that the bathroom doesn't have a door, but there's a wooden partition, which, when closed, will still leave your backside somewhat exposed.

The hotel has an ideal location. Everything is close by: the sea, shops, tuk-tuks, and markets. It's a good hotel, but it lacks proper management. Over our two-week stay, we got tired of constantly asking the housekeeper to do her job and restock the bathroom supplies. The cleaner even took a can of chips from the minibar, which was chargeable. After we complained, it was returned the next day. Despite all this, she never forgot to take her tips. The gorgeous swimming pool was not cleaned even once in two weeks; rotting leaves from the numerous trees lay undisturbed at the bottom. The pool attendant was rude to Russian tourists. The wooden decking around the pool doesn't just need patching; it needs to be completely replaced. The breakfasts were excellent, and the restaurant staff were efficient. Our 1000 baht deposit, paid by credit card, was not refunded, even though we didn't take anything from the minibar and didn't break anything. No receipt was given for the deposit. In a word, if the hotel had a customer-oriented owner, it would have no competition on this beach.

📍Pattaya Modus Beachfront Resort This trip, we chose to stay in a King Deluxe Ocean View room, including breakfast. Booking through Trip.com gave us the best price. I was impressed with everything at Pattaya Modus Beachfront Resort. The room matched the photos perfectly, the ambiance was great, the room was beautiful, clean, and luxurious, with a bathtub and complete amenities. The ocean view balcony was very spacious! I absolutely loved the sea view and the beautiful room. The common areas include a swimming pool, a swim-up cocktail bar, and a private beach area for safe swimming in the sea, with lifeguards on duty constantly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices at the restaurant on the 3rd floor. I'm so glad we chose to stay here! I highly recommend this hotel as my go-to whenever I visit Pattaya. I'm truly proud to suggest it!

Great location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗
