The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and speak excellent English. The breakfast here is absolutely fantastic, I'd even call it a lunch! My room overlooked the garden, with a small bungalow-style table right outside the window. The building itself is made of foam blocks, so it stays cool; concrete takes longer to heat up. The fridge is huge, perfect for storing lots of fruit and water. It's right next to Na Baan Pier, and scooter parking is free. If you rent a scooter, make sure to video record it, noting all existing scratches! I give the hotel and staff a 5+++. You can enjoy unlimited tea and coffee! There's also a gate nearby for direct access to the sea. They even let me check in early! The owner explained everything about the mini-bar in the fridge, with prices clearly listed. I paid a 100 baht deposit, and he checked everything and returned it promptly.

Sindys in great for travelers who are looking for a safe and economical stay near many of Pattaya’s great attractions, especially the beach and nightlife. Getting here is quite easy from the bus terminal and the staff members are super nice. I recommend Sindys to those visiting this exciting city.

it's suddenly out of electricity power, I got down and ask the desk will that be any compensation. They laugh at me said there is nothing they can do for the electricity outage.

The location is about halfway between Pattaya and Jomtien. You can get to either, but it's difficult to get to either. I stayed the night before in preparation for a bus ride the next day, and the bus terminal is about a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are nice and spacious, so it might be a good place to relax for a long stay.

A sign has been posted stating that a fine of 2,000 baht will be charged if toilet paper or sanitary napkins are flushed down the toilet and cause a blockage. However, please note that the bathroom does not provide toilet paper, nor is there a trash bin for disposing of toilet paper. This means that if you urgently need to use the toilet, you will not be able to wipe with toilet paper, nor will you have a place to throw it away. Travelers planning to book should keep this in mind. There seems to be a bar next door, and background music continues to play even after midnight. Bringing noise-canceling earphones, headphones, or even simple earplugs will likely help you sleep better. The room itself is spacious enough, and the air conditioning seemed to work fine. Since there is no convenience store nearby, expect to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to reach one.

Best location for enjoy with friends. It is situated on walking street. Beach road is also one minute walk. You can watch full walking street from your balcony. Best part is- it is a budget hotel. It has good facilities. Just it is tricky to find it.

The location is excellent. The street is quiet. The room is spacious and it's nice that it has a balcony. There's a microwave in the hallway. It's an affordable hotel, so you shouldn't expect too much. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

We were on the ground floor, which I think is better than the upper floors, as the ground floor comes with an additional seating area in the garden. The amenities were quite good, the room was clean, and it was peaceful. - Other Services: No breakfast provided. I understand they offer motorcycle rentals (but they were fully booked that day due to many people attending a trail run). - What I found a bit unfair: I traveled with my brother, his wife, and their kids. We had an agreement regarding the extra bed charges for adults and two small children, but the actual situation upon arrival didn't quite match what was agreed upon. However, I didn't dwell on it as I'm not sure what my brother's wife discussed. What was definitely not in line with the agreement was the ”accommodation rules” posted in our room. There was one child under 6 years old, who, according to the rules, should have been free, but we were still charged for an extra bed for them. - Highlights: The staff was excellent. Whether it was picking us up, dropping us off, handling transportation, or helping with various requests, they did everything.

This place has become like a second home at times. the owner is very friendly, helpful and understanding and he deserves a medal because the regular guests bother him all day long. The beds are spacious and comfortable and the dorms max capacity is 4 with a balcony, so it is never really full and there are private rooms too. Water pressure and temperature are favourable. There is a shared kitchen and filtered water is provided. The biggest issue is that the place is not well maintained and cleaned as thoroughly as it should - it needs some TLC and things like toilet tissue should be provided and some other essential bathroom stuff etc... Location in Jomtien is very convenient and overall, I enjoy staying here.

I came here with my sis. The location is excellent. Very closed to the beach We rented a scooter in the pier Then rided the scooter to the hotel directly. They also offer Pick up and drop off service. This hotel is behind a restaurant , not easy to find it by ourselves. The room is simply . Easy go to beach directly. And the beach is amazing. Excellent value for money.
