"The room is very comfortable and furnished with style. The wooden ceiling is beautiful. The bathroom lacks bidet but they have equipped themselves for an alternative solution. The shower is large, very comfortable, I also found a good hairdryer. It's all very clean. The check was easy, Mattia proved careful and precise. A little stiff the scale of the house, perhaps not suitable for everyone. The position is great"

"The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room."

"Excellent apartments near the station. To Duomo 30 minutes walk The hotel is in the code at the entrance door, the keys are waiting for you. With anyone from the recipes contact only by phone, the ATS AP. Before the settlement, they were asked to drop a photo of passports and voucher. A quiet room with a good bed, a big TV, in a bathtub. When settled, a compliment, a bottle of water, two small juices, snows. In the general hall apples, coffee, water and even wine! I definitely recommend!"

"Locating this property, one must first ring the doorbell and then push open a thick, heavy wooden door – it felt just like stepping into an ancient castle! This place is indeed a conversion from a historic building. It's important to note this isn't a standard hotel, but a B&B. After booking online, I received an email informing me that check-in is only available at the front desk between 3 PM and 8 PM, and there's a €25 fee for arrivals after 8 PM. Upon check-in, the staff were quite strict, outlining various rules, including a prohibition on bringing drinks, fruits, or any other food into the rooms. Despite being housed in an old building, the rooms are remarkably modern in their decor and facilities, and are very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily. A highlight is the top-floor terrace, which boasts fantastic views, including a clear sight of the Florence Duomo's iconic dome and Campanile."

There is an elevator, but it is very slow. You have to push it long enough to keep it moving. And you can leave your suitcase for free."

"This was the place I stayed during my trip to Florence. It was a great location, reasonably priced, and a great room. The staff in the office always greeted me with a bright smile and were very attentive to my needs. I needed to drop off my luggage on my last day, and they even asked if I needed anything before I even asked. This place offers excellent location, service, and comfort, so I highly recommend it! (Note: The garbage truck that occasionally comes in the early morning can be noisy.)"

"This was such a lovely room with pretty decor, the staff were friendly and kind. Had a pretty view and the location was perfect for site seeing and for the train station. Breakfast at the cafe was also great. Would definitely stay here again"

I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is the location great, there are two famous queuing restaurants next to it: Trattoria Dall Oste for T-bone steaks and Osteria Pastella for pasta. I upgraded to a better accommodation and stayed at the best accommodation. It was a good accommodation because I could have such a quiet morning in the city of Florence. The view from the window was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helped me carry my luggage.

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

The hotel is located near Central Station, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Across a small path from the hotel is the Central Market, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), the historic old town, and the museum. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

Centrally located to food and amenities. Very confusing check in, which was not indicated that we had to check in with another hotel. I drove and so had to go around 3 times to find a spot to stop and enquire... For the price paid very basic. no brekky, no tissues, whilst bathroom was decent in size, but shower stall was small and old, and shower head needs to be replaced. Other than that I slept well, though walls are very thin, and can hear the neighbours gettting in and out of apartment at night and in the morning. Noisy..

It's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

The hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from Central Station and less than 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore.
