Ξενοδοχεία πολυτελείας σε Φλωρεντία

"The facilities are perfect. The details are in place and the night view of Florence is panoramic! The garden is also very good! And everyone in the waiter is very enthusiastic, really great stay experience!"

"The service is perfect, the hardware is perfect, and the restaurant tastes good. The basic room type is spacious enough. However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room. Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car."

"We're traveling as a family, so we always book a family room for the convenience of being together. This hotel is generally good, with a great location, nice rooms, and excellent service. Most importantly, the location is fantastic! Haha. However, parking is a bit difficult, especially in the old town. If you're driving, be careful and watch out for tickets."

"Very very good hotel, clean and elegant, right in the city center, walking to all attractions, the bathroom is old"

"Careful and gentle staff New clean and elegant hotel Spa not accessible if not booking treatment Nice gym Far from the center - need to move in car or taxi Good restaurant"

"The hotel occupies a large area and the service is warm. I went to the hotel to three restaurants. The Bistro has a good view. The Osteria dishes are delicious. The chef also sent me a dish. The wine tasting activity feels good. There are also medieval villages to visit. It is also very close to Arezzo."

"This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!"

"W Florence strikes a perfect balance between bold modern luxury and timeless Florentine charm. The design language is energetic yet refined, and the rooftop terrace offers incredible vibes.Special thanks to the front desk team for a seamless check-in and attentive, friendly service throughout our stay. Rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dynamic luxury experience in the city!"

"Overall, the hotel staff were very nice, but! The hotel manager (an old man) and his wife had a terrible attitude. We booked this hotel solely to take some wedding photos in the manor, but when we arrived, the hotel manager (the old man) outright refused, without offering any alternative or compensation. He just kept refusing, saying we needed to book in advance, but didn't specify how far in advance. His only reason was that the hotel itself needed to take its own promotional photos during those days (though we didn't see any camera equipment or crew at all)... This reason is truly unacceptable. Shouldn't the reasonable and legitimate rights of hotel guests also be considered? We told him countless times and explained that we'd only take a few photos, which would take about an hour or so, and that we could completely avoid their shooting time and wouldn't even be in the same location as them. In short, the old man manager at the hotel repeatedly refused like a robot. Then, the next day, his wife was on duty at the front desk, and her attitude was even worse. She directly told us: ”If you insist on taking photos, we will call the police.” Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered such an exaggerated hotel service manager. We paid 10,000 per night for a room, staying 2 nights, and this is the attitude we got. I will never stay at this hotel again (objectively speaking, the other hotel staff were very nice, it's just that old man manager and his wife who are horrible people, with a typical stubborn Italian attitude, and they were also unfriendly towards Chinese people)."

"The location, decoration and service of this hotel are very good, but I am sorry that I have to write two bad points here. The first point may be the cleaning negligence. I just checked in and found that there was water in the cup of the tea bar, that is, the guests have not used it before. Replace, this is easy to make people think about it. Try not to think about it, let the room service be replaced, but it may be that the room service staff is not very good at English. He did not express sincere apologies after helping us replace it. He should not tell the person in charge of the customer service department, because no one contacted us to explain this matter in the future. The second point is also a point I think is very important. Our room is relatively large because we have an extra bed, so there are two windows on the wall of the room. The room is on the road. The windows are unified old windows. So the sound insulation is very poor. Florence tourist city at 2 pm, there are many young people wandering on the street, and there are municipal vehicles starting to work in the early morning, so I didn’t sleep well all night, because I stayed for two nights, so I didn’t want to change rooms. It is strongly recommended that the hotel install a system door and window inside the room. The windows inside the government regulations cannot be modern, but the interior of the room can be, even if the old windows are installed, at least most of the noise can be separated. I encountered the same problem in Rome today. The hotel is better than Florence, but the sound insulation is worse. Because this room is not two windows, but two French glass double doors. It looks good but the sound insulation is worse. This time it was three nights, so I asked to change it. I don’t know if I can change to the same room type. This halfterm is out to travel. There are too many families, like May Day in China. Attach a few photos of these two rooms, beauty is really beautiful but we need better quality sleep"
