"A beautiful hotel, with a lovely view of some of the mountains. The breakfast options were great, with a variety to chose from. We appreciate the spacious room and large television. The location ia great for visiting the 20 yuan viewing point, hiking Mt Laozhai Shan, and nearby Ancient Town. There are also river cruises and bamboo rafting, but we happened to visit while there was significant rainfall and ae flooding, and so we did not engage in these activities for our own precaution. There otherwise limited activities to do in this area, so subject to your itinerary it may be worth only staying one night here and then another night in Yangshuo. It is also a significant distance from the high speed train stations and airport. Although you could take public transport to arrive at the hotel/this town, it will likely involve 2-3 changes/transfers. With luggage, a DiDi is a must, so keep that additional cost (100-300 RMB) in mind. It might be easier/cheaper as a day trip from a nearby location. However the hotel itself was lovely and the check and check out process with the ladies at reception was smooth and easy!"

"Absolutely stunning! This hotel makes you feel like you're living in a fairytale. The incredibly huge and wide floor-to-ceiling windows offer a 270-degree view, a panorama so vast even a phone's wide-angle lens can't capture it all. The scenery truly becomes a part of your room. The misty sunrise in the morning, combined with the sounds of chickens and dogs, creates a pastoral haven, a true escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel service is meticulous and flexible, offering private car and travel photography services."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious enough and very cozy, not cramped at all. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable, with no noise whatsoever. The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. When I checked in, they proactively told us about nearby attractions and dining spots, which was incredibly thoughtful. And the location is absolutely perfect – just 2-5 kilometers from all the sights we wanted to visit. A quick taxi ride and you're there in minutes, no need to rush in the morning. This really made the experience fantastic, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"1. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the river, but privacy can be a bit of an issue at night as the panoramic elevator allows people to see directly into the room. During the day, though, the glass reflection mostly prevents this. 2. The breakfast leaned more towards Western options and was sufficient. There were so many foreigners during breakfast that I almost felt like I was abroad. 3. The downstairs pool is fantastic. It's shaded in the afternoon, making it very comfortable for swimming, though I couldn't use it because of a leg injury. 4. Having a dedicated parking lot on the ground floor by the river is extremely convenient. 5. One minor criticism: many of the electrical outlets in the room weren't working properly."

My good reviews are always written willingly, hahaha~ Alright, now that you've read my first sentence, you can check out my objective review. This trip was just my husband and I, no kids, but I'm really looking forward to bringing our son next time~ The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly~ They have a starry sky pool, a kids' play area, and the restaurant food is very clean. Right outside is the Shui'erdi Pier, which is where the bamboo raft drift for the Yulong River's essence section departs. The hotel's hardware, software, decor, and cleanliness are all five-star, absolutely nothing to complain about. The service attitude is incredibly good, truly up to five-star hotel standards, I'm not kidding, especially since I've stayed at Lux and can compare~ The rooftop cafe is perfect for photos~ The afternoon tea 🫖 is nice! Every time we returned to the hotel, the front desk would warmly greet us, asking if we were tired or where we'd been. The front desk小姐姐 (young lady) even gave me mosquito repellent spray, a small bag, and a souvenir, I was so touched. We slept wonderfully at night, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent. Compared to the Muyu we stayed at the day before, across from the Romance Park, for a similar price, Mengyuan is heavenly, and Muyu is on the ground. Muyu's 1000+ yuan room only offered a view of a massive construction site, which was truly speechless. The hotel can help book tickets, and they're much cheaper. The hotel also offers electric scooter rentals 🛵 which is very convenient~ It's lovely to ride to West Street or Kang Kang Tangshui Shop for some dessert in the evening. Yangshuo's beautiful scenery was made even more special by the hotel. A perfect trip heals all stress and anxiety~ Thank you, Mengyuan, for giving my husband and me a perfect romantic getaway. We will definitely bring our child next time~ I'll recommend it to all my friends. ♥️ If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the breakfast; it could be slightly better."

"♥️ One of the best hotels in the Yangshuo area! During this trip, we stayed at four different hotels in Yangshuo and the surrounding area, so we definitely have something to compare it with. And I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels of our entire trip! The hotel is not located in the town itself, but in the incredibly beautiful countryside surrounding Yangshuo, right among the famous karst mountains. In my opinion, this is exactly where you should stay if you are coming to this region for its spectacular nature and iconic scenery. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The karst mountains surround you almost 360 degrees. You open the curtains in the morning and the scenery in front of you is simply unforgettable. Having stayed in four different places in this area, we can genuinely compare, and these were some of the most beautiful views we experienced during our entire trip. The hotel itself is completely new, and you can feel it in every detail. The rooms are huge, modern and extremely spacious. Everything is new, spotless and of excellent quality. I especially want to mention the wonderful bed linen, beautiful high-quality towels and the overall quality of everything in the room. It is a genuinely comfortable and pleasant place to stay. A very special thank you to the staff. The service was exceptional. Everyone treated us with incredible warmth, attention and genuine care. They would even message us on WeChat in the morning to ask if we were awake and invite us to come for breakfast. ♥️ Small gestures like this make you feel truly welcome and cared for. Another highlight is the swimming pool with an incredible panoramic view of the karst mountains. It is probably one of the best places for photos. Swimming while surrounded by this extraordinary landscape is a very special experience. Upstairs there is also a beautiful café with panoramic views and lovely photo spots. The hotel grounds themselves have many beautifully designed areas for taking pictures. If you love photography and want to take some truly spectacular photos during your trip, you will absolutely love this place. The location is also very convenient for exploring the surrounding countryside. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel and easily visit many of the beautiful natural attractions nearby. Riding through the countryside surrounded by the karst mountains becomes an experience in itself. But above all, what made our stay truly special was the people who work here. We are sincerely grateful to the entire team for their hospitality, kindness, help and the genuinely warm way they treated us throughout our stay. We will definitely come back. ♥️ We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo, especially if you are coming to experience its famous natural scenery.
