"Kicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!"

"The environment is beautiful. You can enjoy the view from the balcony or even from your bed. The Sky Mirror on the 8th floor is perfect for photos. It's also within walking distance to the Romance Park. The service was attentive and friendly, and the owner even gave us some local specialty rice noodles when we checked out. It's a great place to stay for a trip and definitely worth booking."

"Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation. The room was very tidy and has everything you need. We didn't use the bathtub but it is a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet. It was not high season so I am not sure how it would be if all rooms were booked. Sometimes in the morning we heard some noise from the hallway but it did not bother us. The Inn is located out of the city at the edge of a small town. I really liked it as you can go everywhere very easily with the e-scooters that you can rent with the Inn. Driving around Yangshuo was very convenient, with beautiful scenery everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! They serve a nice light soup with Guilin rice noodles. Also there is more vegetables, dumplings and some cake you can choose from. We also had lunch and dinner multiple times which was all very delicious! Don't skip it! Also they have a nice frontyard where you can enjoy your meals or drinks from the bar. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and even though there is a language barrier, they put lots of effort in helping us. They helped us booking our activities and providing us with all the information to make sure we would enjoy our stay to the fullest. Xueying helped me practice some Chinese while I helped our with her English. She is extremely kind, so don't hesitate to come and book this accomodation as I am sure you'll have a great stay! "This guesthouse really gave me an amazing stay, a definite five-star recommendation! ✨ 🌟 Facilities: The private small balcony in the room was incredibly comfortable. Drinking coffee there in the morning and enjoying the night view in the evening was truly therapeutic. The bathroom was spacious, not cramped at all, and the toiletries were very well-stocked, making for an excellent shower experience. 📍 Superb Location: It's just a few minutes' walk to West Street, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting popular spots. Yet, it's not noisy at all, so sleeping at night was very peaceful. 🛵 Special thanks to the owner! They proactively asked if we needed an electric scooter. The price was great, and the scooter was practically new. Riding the little electric scooter around the area was so liberating and enjoyable~ Overall, the guesthouse is clean and cozy, and you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 👍"

"Good location! Staff is really really nice, uppon our arrival they upgreaded our room for a more comfortable one, and even with the language barrier they tried their best to answer all our stupid tourist questions. Rooms are tastefully designed and there is a rooftop with a good view to the city and few of the mountains. Quite hard to find tho, you have to search for an allyway and look for their floral logo!"

"The hotel is new and nicely decorated. The location is superb and it is right next to a police station. What I found inconvenient was that the host was hardly at the counter. We had to 20 minutes to check in and there was no one when checking out and leave our bags for storage. The room we originally booked was unavailable and we had to wait over an hour till it was ready (it was after check in time). The host was friendly enough and tried to fix issues but she seemed distracted from other jobs"

"The service was exceptional. We arrived very late on our first day, and the owner waited for us until the early hours of the morning. He even drew a detailed map for us, which was truly touching. He also provided a lot of help with car rental and transportation. Renting a car and booking tickets through the shop were very affordable. If you're planning a trip here and unsure how to plan, you can ask the owner for advice; he's incredibly dedicated. The hotel looks small, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The bedding was also very nice. This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during this trip. Plus, for this price, it has a swimming pool, which was also very clean – a pleasant surprise! Finally, the location is amazing. It's probably the best hotel in the area in terms of scenery. There are no large buildings nearby, making it perfect for watching the sunrise, morning mist, and mountain views – a truly unforgettable experience."

"The service was excellent. The receptionist helped me carry my suitcase to the third floor and even gave me a local specialty, Shatang pomelo. She also arranged a guide and transportation to the ”A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains” and Xiangong Mountain. The path in front of the hotel leads directly to the Li River, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The owner was incredibly kind and even offered to send me Guangxi fruits. Plus, the owner's wife made incredibly fragrant rice noodles. Thumbs up!!"

"If I could, I would leave 10 comments to explain how exceptional this hotel is. Fist, the host is the friendliest person I ever met. She speaks good English and helped us to prepare the program to visit Yuangshuo. She suggested us places we would never find ourselves and it made our stay incredible. The hotel also rent brand new scooters for 40 yuan only. She also helped us to get back the sweater we forgot in our previous hotel and organised the delivery. Secondly, the hotel very cozy. You can enjoy the view on mountains directly from your balcony. The reception has many cute cats and the dog. I don’t suggest people travelling with big luggage’s to choose the smallest type of room, but with my boyfriend we were backpacking so it didn’t cause any inconvenience. Finally, I want to highlight all the small intentions you will find. You can ask for all toiletries you can imagine (even sunscreen that can be very useful). There are fruits, snacks and good coffee in the morning. One day the host gifted us face masks and beauty kit. Thanks a lot one more time, you made our stay an incredible!"

Every detail reflects a strict adherence to hygiene, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The location was a smart choice this time around. While not directly on West Street, its setting provides a welcome escape from the crowds and noise, offering a more peaceful and pleasant experience. The area has a rich local vibe, and getting around without traffic is surprisingly convenient. Plus, being close to the old town not only makes it easy for locals to visit but also allows tourists to more easily explore the local culture and lifestyle. Overall, August Climbing Inn is an outstanding choice, seamlessly blending climbing culture, excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and a convenient location. Whether you're a climbing enthusiast or a regular tourist, you're sure to find comfort and satisfaction here."
