The location is a 10/10: it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the park, in a perfect area with lots of lovely cafés, and around a 15-minute walk to the Old Town across a beautiful bridge. The rooms are fantastic — extremely clean, tidy, well equipped, newly renovated, and really beautiful. The service was also exceptional. Magena at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even sent me recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and where to eat in Kunming. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help. I originally wasn’t planning to stay for so long, but I ended up extending both my trip and my stay at the hotel because I liked it so much. 10/10 — highly, highly recommend!

Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely consider this hotel first. There's parking available, and it's easy to catch a taxi.
