"First, regarding the location of the guesthouse, it's situated in the Taiyangshan Resort Town, which is quite inconvenient to get there by taxi or public transport unless you have a car. Furthermore, it's located halfway up a mountain, requiring a lot of climbing stairs, which is particularly difficult for women traveling alone with luggage. Secondly, regarding the service, the guesthouse did contact us in advance with their location and directions, which was good. However, upon arrival, there was no one to greet us; it was entirely self-service – an experience I've only encountered with Airbnb bookings abroad. Next, regarding the room environment and facilities, the room size was acceptable, but while clean, it wasn't tidy. There was only a large bed and a table, making it inconvenient to put things away. Also, the air conditioner emitted a very unpleasant odor. In conclusion, the guesthouse was okay, not bad, but I probably wouldn't stay there again."

"If you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people. We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging. Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient. The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold. Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended."

"This is my second time visiting Fuxian Lake, and this guesthouse still manages to surprise me. Located within the Taiyangshan Resort Area, the environment is very quiet. The room was clean and tidy. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and asked many times if there was any help. I like her service. The breakfast environment is very good, and the food is basically complete, including dumplings, wontons, noodles and rice noodles. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Sun Mountain Town. The scenery is simply amazing. It is recommended to come to this place! Personally feel that it is the best environment on the east side of the lake. The hotel room facilities are relatively simple but relatively complete, and the sanitation is not bad. The proprietress is very warm and attentive. Also specially presented breakfast for us. The hotel room is quiet and elegant, clean and hygienic. The location is also good, you can see the lake in the distance and the pavilion on the top of the mountain by pushing the window. Especially Shangguanyin Temple and Bijia Mountain are very convenient, not far from the lake.

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled. Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good. Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room. Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
