"The room itself was great, but the check-in process was incredibly complicated. They also charged a non-refundable deposit of $50. I wouldn't really recommend it if you're only staying for a night or two."

"1) This is a serviced apartment, so you won't see a hotel name, and there's no staff to help you check in. About three days before arrival, the manager contacted me via email and WhatsApp, asking me to send my passport details and credit card for a deposit. Finally, they sent a QR code by email, with instructions to use it at a key box outside the building to get the keys for the apartment. If you're a traveler who dislikes constantly checking emails while on vacation, you should definitely consider this before booking. 2) The unit is fully equipped with cooking facilities and cleaning supplies. However, the furniture is old and not as good as it appears in the photos. 3) When I booked, it was advertised as one bedroom and a study, but it turns out the 'study' doesn't have a door; it's more like a bed placed in a corner of the living room. 4) The cleanliness was subpar. 5) The sliding door to the balcony was damaged and couldn't be opened or closed."

"The location is fantastic, super convenient for sightseeing. I loved that I could always see the CN Tower from my room. Big thanks to the friendly staff at the front desk!"

"Very nice accommodation with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. Communication was quick and straightforward; we were able to spontaneously extend our stay by one night and remain in the same room without any issues. Besides a fridge, kitchen, and a washer-dryer, the accommodation even provided free water bottles, which was a thoughtful and practical touch. The room was clean and modern, making you feel very comfortable. The shower with massage jets was also very pleasant after a long day. The bed is sufficient for two people, but could be bigger. We had to push it against the wall because the mattress quickly gave way at the edge, and you'd easily fall out otherwise. The location is convenient but not exactly central. The good 10-minute walk to the subway and then a 25-35 minute ride to the center (depending on the destination) was uncomplicated but, of course, took time."

"Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione."

"Overall it is not bad, there is no shortage of what should be, but the room is too small and feels cramped. The photo actually shows the interior of the room, but the actual view will be disappointed, because the space is too small."

"It takes about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Pearson Airport to this accommodation (when traffic is light). The accommodation is a high-rise building, located on the 19th floor. The view is great and beautiful. There is a highway right outside the window, so there will be some traffic noise, but it will not affect your sleep. The decoration and cleanliness of the house are perfect!! Extremely comfortable and clean. The bed is also very soft and all facilities are new. Inconvenient aspects of use: The induction cooker has poor water boiling effect, and it takes a long time to boil water if the fire is not strong. I can't think of any other shortcomings. However, the accommodation cost is quite high, otherwise I will choose here again next time I visit Toronto! !"

"I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests."
