"I chose a sea view room, and every day when I opened the curtains, I was greeted by the ocean. The toilet in the bathroom was a smart toilet. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the departure point for island hopping tours. A tuk-tuk ride costs 200 pesos, and it's also a short walk to D'Mall. The only drawback is that there's no table in the sea view room; it would be even better if there was one. On a side note, on my first night, after showering and getting into bed, I felt something poke my back. I reached around and found a fingernail, which I threw into the trash. When I shifted in bed, I found another toenail! I initially thought it belonged to my family, but it didn't. I had no choice but to call the front desk to get the sheets and duvet cover changed. I hope the owner can pay more attention to cleanliness."

"The resort’s excellent location is the main reason I decided to book my stay here again. My second reason is the cleanliness of the rooms, followed by the delicious daily buffet breakfast. My 4-year-old grandson especially enjoyed playing in the pool and spent time there almost every day. The nightly fire dance performances also made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. One thing I would like to highlight is the efficiency and helpfulness of the front desk staff. I accidentally left a backpack behind, and they managed to arrange for them to be delivered to Caticlan Airport just in time for my flight. I truly appreciate their quick response and excellent service. Thank you so much to the front desk staff and the driver for going the extra mile to help us. Your assistance made a big difference and is greatly appreciated!"

"Right in front of the beach once you step out of the hotel! What a fantastic location! Plus, with a private beach, I could relax and enjoy the ocean view. There are also two types of pools, and the rooftop pool has a bar, which creates a great atmosphere! The mango parfait I had at the rooftop pool bar was the best mango dessert I've had on Boracay Island! You can get a parfait with plenty of mangoes for about 750 yen! I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast buffet menu changed every day, which was enjoyable. The variety and quality of each dish were decent. While the air conditioning in the room was good, the toilet had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The shower water never got hot, staying lukewarm the whole time, and the water pressure was very weak. The hotel staff were wonderful, treating me kindly and politely."

"The experience from this hotel Fairways & Bluewater exceeds my expectation in fact one of the best hotel / resort in my entire travel by far. We were so delighted by the amenities of the hotel - there were 9 pools from different location of the resort with the infinity pool and the pool party which has limited schedule only. The hotel is situated inside a peaceful area. They have private beachfront that has access to the Key hole cave. Clear kayak for photo ops definitely a must try. The breakfast was truly a plus factor with a wife spread of selection. There is a 24hours shuttle inside the resort that will get in you within the vicinity and out of the main gate if you want to go out for night life or just to buy supplies or food at Citymall which was just accross the main gate of Fairways. Lastly, I wiould like to recommend all of their staff who were very helpful, polite, courteous and will definitely cheer you up because they were so warm and super helpful and friendly. This is now my go-to hotel whenever I have plans of going to Boracay! Thank you Fairways & Bluewaters I'm so in love with ypur place!!! 🥰😊❤️💯❤️🥰"

"Our whole stay was great overall — we really enjoyed our time here! Check-in was a bit delayed at first because they hadn’t yet prepared the complimentary cake and birthday setup they promised, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. The lobby is lovely, smells fresh and clean, and we were served welcome drinks right away while we waited. The staff were generally polite and helpful too. I did witness one incident though: another guest was having a long discussion about not getting back their security deposit for their second room. It took a while, and the guest even asked to speak with a manager, but in the end it was sorted out and it turned out the guest was right all along. I’m just thankful nothing like that happened to us during our stay. Location-wise, it’s right on the beachfront — perfect! Our room was a bit of a walk from the shore, but honestly, we didn’t mind it at all. It gave us a chance to move around, get some steps in, or walk off our meals before heading back 😂 The room itself was very spacious and smelled nice, but we did encounter quite a number of mosquitoes and fleas — I ended up with a lot of bites! Thankfully I didn’t get sick or contract dengue, but I hope they can improve pest control, especially since the rooms are surrounded by greenery and a forest-like setting. The shower was also a little tricky to adjust the temperature and pressure, but manageable. What I really appreciated was their service: they constantly refilled our drinking water and even replenished all toiletries and supplies regularly, even if we hadn’t finished using them yet — not many hotels do that! They also provided free slippers when we asked, and having umbrellas available in the room for us to use anywhere was such a lifesaver, especially since it was rainy season and my husband forgot ours back in Manila. ☔ The breakfast buffet was another highlight — the selection changed every day, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband and I truly looked forward to it each morning. Overall, our whole stay was wonderful. We will definitely book here again when we return to Boracay — just next time, I’ll make sure to bring plenty of insect repellent and lotion! 😂"

"I had a wonderful stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort. The location is perfect, right on White Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety of choices, and the pool was relaxing. Most importantly, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, and I had a great experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay."

"You don’t need to leave the hotel! Everything you need is there. The best tasting food, the best and reasonably priced massages, the clearest beaches with super soft sand, and extremely friendly staff. There’s also nobody bothering you to sell you tours. The downtown part was crowded and you can’t walk 3 steps without your pathway getting blocked by people trying to sell you tours. Not at Henann Prime! In the morning you can be at the calmest beach, and in the afternoon you can be inside one of the best pools in the island. There’s food and massage services both by the pool, and in your room! You can also pay to play volleyball on the sand. It doesn’t even hurt when you fall! Overall, amazing!"

The pool bar was also fantastic—it had a great atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
