"This hotel is amazing, with great staff and services. It’s well located with enough shops nearby if you need snacks. It’s also a few minutes drive from the Karez Garden experience and near other activities, such as the market. The site where the hotel is located is at a new place that imitates that of an ancient Uyghur city so it’s an attraction on its own. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all ameneties needed. I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and kind, and it was a real pleasure staying there. I will be staying there again if I return to Turpan and I will recommend the place to my friends. Thank you very much!"

"Good hotel with a great location. The breakfast is excellent and also offers continental options. We had a twin room, but even in this type of room the bathroom, including the shower and toilet, is built with glass doors. This means you can see each other while showering or using the toilet. We found this quite uncomfortable. After all, if you choose a twin room, it’s usually because you prefer more privacy. This is something that should definitely be reconsidered."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent, with a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, and sand therapy area. It was really refreshing to dip into the pool in thirty-degree weather.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is well-maintained. The room was cleaned daily, and both the room and the hotel lobby were spotless.
Environment: The environment is fantastic, truly picturesque with beautiful decor. It's perfect for taking photos, and I absolutely loved the ethnic ambiance.
Service: The service was also excellent. The hotel staff greeted me warmly, and I even received a complimentary fruit platter during my stay. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 200-meter walk to the entrance of Turpan North Station. It's also not far from Turpan Airport; Gaode Maps showed it was a little over 1 km to walk to the hotel, which might be a bit roundabout (I didn't try it). However, the hotel offers a complimentary airport pick-up service. After collecting your luggage at the airport, just call the hotel's reserved phone number, and they'll send a car to pick you up. The hotel is very clean, smart, and has great soundproofing. Even though it's close to the airport, you can't hear any plane noise. The hotel advertises an 8-hour breakfast service, which is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel: regular dining hours are from 7-10 AM; before and after that, from 4-7 AM and 10 AM-12 PM, you can get specific meals packed to go (I didn't try this, so you might want to confirm the details with the front desk)."

Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

Excellent! I chose the right hotel for this trip! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The lobby was clean and bright, without any oppressive feeling. The front desk lady was exceptionally gentle and proactively helped with my luggage, even thoughtfully reminding me about the hot water supply schedule for the room. The room itself was spacious enough and well-lit. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making me feel very relaxed. The balcony offered a view of the street, and it was quiet at night, not noisy at all. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local specialties, and the taste was great. Even the tableware was clean. My entire stay was very comfortable, just like a 'home away from home.' I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely come back to stay again!"

"This is a newly opened hotel, very clean and tidy. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are all from reputable brands, which is reassuring. The bedding is very comfortable; both the duvet and pillows are soft. There's plenty of hot water, making showers super enjoyable. The air conditioning works perfectly. It's also worth mentioning the excellent quality of the disposable items: the toothbrush is sturdy, and the toothpaste isn't hard to squeeze out like some brands. The disposable slippers even have thick soles – truly impressive! The owner and the front desk staff are all very kind and provide attentive service. The hotel is also quite close to Turpan North. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was on a back street in old Turpan so it was quiet and in a pleasant area. The hotel room was good and we were upgraded for free. There is a lovely and extensive garden/patio which unfortunately we could only make minimal use because it was cold. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned every day without request and we were supplied with clean towels every day. The manager was very helpful, advising us on a number of matters, ordering a taxi for us, and permitting us to stay until 2:00 PM when we left because of a 4:00 PM train departure. The hotel provided a basic but very reasonably priced breakfast. And as all reviewers have noted, the hotel has a unique toilet."

The desert is lonely, but at this luxury hotel on the edge of the Kumtag Desert in Shanshan, that solitude becomes a poetic experience. Golden sand dunes undulate silently, like the breath of the earth. Here, time slows to a crawl, and the world becomes nothing but the desert, the starry sky, and the throbbing of the soul.
The tents, nestled in the desert, look like an ancient caravan camp from afar, but upon closer inspection, the interior reveals a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Soft carpets and understated yet sophisticated lighting create a perfect blend of desolation and comfort. In the evening, we soaked in the hot water in the open-air bath, watching the sunset paint the dunes a rouge hue. In that moment, it felt as if the entire desert whispered to us.
Dinner that evening was a feast we could never have imagined. The lamb short ribs, simmered for 36 hours, are tender yet not mushy. The tendon is crisp, and the aroma of ginger and chili dances on the tongue. The ox knee is soft and flavorful, and the rich tomato sauce is like a love poem from the Western Regions. The spiced aroma of the flatbreads and roast chicken carries the flavors of merchants and travelers from thousands of years ago. I can't help but wonder if in ancient tents, kings, princes, and generals sat together, drinking tea, eating meat, and discussing the country.
After dinner, we drank tea under the stars. The cool desert breeze blew against our faces, but we didn't feel cold. The stars in the sky, distant yet close, seemed like the most gentle gaze on travelers. That night, the desert was no longer empty, but filled with our dreams and romance.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the desert and has a good location and convenient transportation. There is convenient parking downstairs and plenty of charging stations. The room is clean and spacious, with a humidifier, so it doesn't feel too dry because it's close to the desert. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with good sanitary conditions. The furniture and bedding are all new and clean, but unfortunately the TV cannot be projected. The service attitude of the sister at the front desk was very good. She upgraded the room type for free. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast at the hotel next door with a rich variety. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the Kumtag Desert!

We arrived at night, and the illuminated manor house was both quiet and bustling, with performances by veteran artists bringing the courtyard to life! After enjoying a welcome feast of grapes, our housekeeper escorted us to our cabin... The swaying light and shadows of the grapevines made me pleasantly surprised to find it felt just like a villa in Bali!
The next morning, we asked our housekeeper for breakfast, which was hearty and healthy. The lovely lady even told us we could add more if we wanted... After breakfast, we could leisurely explore Grape Valley!
My only regret is not staying longer. The cleanliness, quietness, and comfort of the cabin made me want to stay for a month!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service.
Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution.
Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay.

GgreenkakaTraveling through Gansu and Xinjiang this time, I've noticed that hotels serving breakfast until 11 AM truly show their dedication.
The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they have an underground parking garage, which is great for escaping the wind and sand while staying cool.
There are many restaurants and BBQ places downstairs. Across the street is an artificial lake, perfect for a morning run. If you head south from there, you'll reach grape trellises where locals sell fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought some 'Xiaobai' apricots, which were incredibly sweet and only eight yuan per kilogram.

3320663****The room is located within the Grape Valley scenic area, not far from the entrance—just a short walk away. There's a river right outside, with beautiful riverside scenery. The guesthouse has food options; the braised chicken is delicious and unique. It's very quiet, and there are cats you can pet—they're incredibly well-behaved and cute! The young ladies and the owner of the guesthouse are all very kind. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.
