It is too healing to lie down and watch the sunset. The bedding is comfortable and the details are exquisite. What I want to praise is the service. From the landing on the island, there is a housekeeper who will accompany you throughout the whole process. It is meticulous and thoughtful and will not be too disturbed. All the needs are responded quickly. I can feel that it is professionally trained and the sense of proportion is very good. The hardware and services are worthy of the price, and it is the kind of good hotel that will be recommended to friends.

Most importantly, I told the receptionist that you're a service industry, not a charity. Since May, I've consistently seen non-hotel guests using the air conditioning and eating in the lobby. Yesterday was the most outrageous – both sofas were occupied, with two grown men asleep and snoring. Later that night, when I went downstairs to get my clothes, I saw an elderly couple with two young children jumping and playing on the sofa near the coffee machine, also using the air conditioning. Don't you have any... An employee went to stop this behavior. Put yourself in my shoes: if you spend 180 yuan to stay in a hotel and walk in to find this, how would you feel? Although 180 yuan isn't expensive, in Xiaogan, there are many other options for that price. When I first came here, I stayed in a hotel that cost nearly 300 yuan a night, which was considered very good. Later, I found that, honestly, I didn't feel any significant difference in your hotel. Even today, the cleaning lady proactively greeted me at check-out. Even five-star hotels in Suzhou aren't this good. But the small problems are increasing. From the beginning, I had to clean the dryer myself every time I did laundry, to now... I remember when I first gave you a bad review, I defended you, saying that person was just trying to scam money. My friend's hotel also encountered similar issues. I confronted that man and demanded he pay for the room. You didn't give me a thumbs up; those bad guys shouldn't have gotten away with it. Today I checked out and am now staying at a hotel that costs over 200 yuan a night. There's not much difference, except it's quieter there. The lobby isn't filled with people who aren't guests sitting, sleeping, chatting, or playing. I sincerely hope your management can improve this small issue so that we, the guests who support your hotel, won't be disappointed or upset, and we won't disturb your valuable time. One last small issue is that guests might not be using their own laundry detergent, which is wasteful. You could offer branded laundry powder that only costs a few yuan a bag. If guests don't want to use it, let them. Don't use this cheap laundry detergent; it makes me worried. Will this laundry detergent ruin my clothes? I personally use no laundry powder anymore; I don't want to use that milky white liquid. It makes me wonder if everything your store uses for its customers is this cheap. Are the sheets and duvet covers just washed haphazardly by some small factory? Personally, I'd rather not have anything at all than use such inferior products. I can understand that from your early Blue Moon and Libai brands to this knock-off brand, customers might feel they're not using your store and need several bottles of laundry detergent for a single garment, increasing your monthly expenses. I think even Omo laundry powder is better than this current detergent. I hope you'll see changes next time I visit Xiaogan.

What impressed me most upon entering the room was its cleanliness. The bedding was spotless, the floors pristine, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The lighting design in the room created a wonderful ambiance, making it incredibly relaxing to lie in bed at night. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept better than usual, waking up refreshed after a full night's sleep. A delightful surprise was the smart speaker in the room. I could easily connect my phone and play my favorite music. Whether I was relaxing, working, or even showering, having my music on really enhanced the atmosphere. After a busy day, coming back to the hotel and enjoying a hot shower with my preferred tunes playing was incredibly stress-relieving. These small, thoughtful details, though not immediately obvious, genuinely elevated the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also excelled in many thoughtful details, from the quality of the toiletries to the room's amenities. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.' It's highly recommended for both business trips and weekend getaways. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their warm service. The hotel has just opened for more than a year, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, warmly called me, opened the air conditioner for me in advance, and presented mineral water when I left the store, my heart was warm! The hotel also has free tea, coffee, self-service laundry, robot delivery, too convenient! The punching treasure is recommended!

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

I didn't want to go out during the May Day holiday, and I was attracted by the beautiful name of Yunmeng and came to this beautiful small town. Concerned that this hotel is attracted by the unique decoration style, it is a relatively rare Nanyang style, and it is also newly opened. The room is relatively large, all kinds of facilities are complete, the decoration details are really more and more like, the sanitary conditions are better, the hotel is really attentive! The room can also enjoy the lake view outside is great! Outside the hotel is a food street, and various net red restaurants gather. It is very close to Xiangyun Bay Scenic Area and Yunmeng Museum. It is basically within walking distance. When the weather is good, you can take a slow walk along the river. It is really pleasant! Yunmeng is not big, but it is not ordinary! I hope I have a chance to play next time!

Facilities: The hotel is very convenient for parking and eating, and there are charging piles nearby, about 10 minutes drive from the scenic spot. When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
