Check-in and check-out were all mixed together... the management is just too chaotic. Plus, the gym had an extremely strong, pungent plastic smell, making it impossible to use. The downstairs restaurant was absolutely terrible. The only good thing was that the room's cleanliness wasn't bad, after all, it's a 5-star hotel, and its location is superb."

Opened in 2023, the rooms are spacious and clean, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offers sea views, and the overall environment is quiet and peaceful. The front desk service is thoughtful, and they support WeChat communication, offering great value for money. The only downsides are that the breakfast selection is simple and the facilities are quite basic. If you're looking for a luxurious experience, you might want to consider other options. However, it's perfect for travelers primarily focused on island hopping who prioritize convenient accommodation."

As a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new and well-equipped, including smart toilets and smart curtains. The rooms are spotless and tidy, making for an excellent stay. The only minor issue is that the pool water was a bit cloudy. After booking, a butler proactively adds you on WeChat and provides detailed check-in instructions in advance, which is a very thoughtful service. Considering our early flight arrival, the butler even requested an early check-in from the owner for us. The front desk staff are gentle and friendly, and there's a Chinese-speaking butler available. Any requests made in the group chat are quickly addressed, ensuring seamless communication. We didn't try the hotel's dining this time, but browsing the menu, it's clear there's a wide variety of food options. The only slight drawback is that the prices are a bit high. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended!"

"My Semporna trip was full of pleasant surprises, and I absolutely have to rave about the overwater villa I stayed in! 😆 Before I left, I'd only booked a standard terraced room, but to my surprise, the owner upgraded us to a private standalone villa for free when we checked in! It worked out to only about 800 yuan a night for a private sea-view villa with its own terrace – what a steal! We were grinning from ear to ear the moment we stepped inside. Once we actually settled in, we didn't even feel like going out to sightsee. In the mornings, we'd just pull up a small chair on the terrace, feel the sea breeze, do some fishing with our feet dangling in the cool water, and just relax. It was so comfortable doing absolutely nothing. In the evenings, we'd sit on the terrace and watch the sunset paint the entire sea a fiery orange. And waking up, we'd see the sunrise emerge from the horizon right from our room. There's also a huge bathtub where you can soak and gaze at the sea – now *that's* a vacation! I have to give a special shout-out to the butler here; they were incredibly thoughtful. When we wanted to go sea fishing, they had bait ready for us in advance. When we wanted to go into town for food and shopping, we just mentioned it and a car was arranged to pick us up very quickly, no delays at all. Plus, when you look down from the overwater villa, you can clearly see all sorts of small fish swimming around in the sea. In the mornings, we even saw little crabs 'strolling' on our terrace. Feeding the fish breadcrumbs and just leisurely passing the morning was incredibly relaxing. This is absolutely the most satisfying overwater villa I've ever stayed in, hands down. If you're coming to Semporna, you really should consider this place! 👍"

"Finally checked into the Jellyfish Water Bungalow, and the real-life views are even more stunning than the photos! The crystal-clear 'jellyfish' ocean is visible to the naked eye, and you can snorkel right off your balcony and encounter many small marine creatures. The room was clean and comfortable, and the net bed added a fantastic vibe. Our butler communicated smoothly in Chinese and provided excellent service. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise and sunset made for an unforgettable overwater experience in Semporna. Highly recommended!"
