I enjoyed a SPA treatment and had dinner; the crayfish was especially fresh and delicious – truly their signature dish. Xiao Yan at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; after adding her on WeChat, she kept sending me updates on hotel activities. It was also my dog's first time seeing big horses and black swans. The hotel feels like a grand estate, and I'll definitely be returning many times. I'm sure it will get even better now that Trip.com has acquired it."

"The hotel service was absolutely excellent! They even helped us with our luggage. Each of the 61 rooms is unique, and at 35 square meters, they're more than spacious enough. The bathroom is completely open-concept! This time we brought our dog, and the hotel has a large lawn on the second floor where our dog could run around and had a blast! The restaurant is also dog-friendly, and while breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was delicious! When we checked out, they even gave us a cute mug as a souvenir! All this for just over 600 a night – incredible value for money!"

We dined exclusively at the hotel during our stay and tried the Chinese dishes. It's home-style cooking, and the bamboo chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots in oil, and braised pork belly were all exceptional; highly recommended. Additionally, the hotel offered a pleasant surprise: a choice between red wine, afternoon tea, or pizza making. Lastly, I want to thank the entire service team. Their service was efficient throughout, proactive yet never intrusive. They effortlessly switched between Mandarin, Shanghainese, and English, and were always ready to assist. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable short stay, and we will definitely return."

"The cabin that I stayed in is very nice with an amazing Mountain View. The service from the staff is really good. The owner picked me up from the station and dropped me off for a small fee. I appreciated that service instead of getting a taxi. The guesthouse is located in a very remote area, there isn’t much to do there. If you’re keen to go hiking and do other activities and you don’t have a car this might not be the place for you. Also stock up on snacks and coffee. The food was average. All in all it was a pleasant experience staying at the guest house."
