"I’ve been to this place once before for an event at the Moon Lake lawn, and I’ve always wanted to come back and stay. This time, we stayed in a cabin, and I think this kind of weekend getaway is something I could do many more times. I’m really satisfied; it's very French! Everything – dining, accommodation, transportation, and activities – is within this resort. The resort has two restaurants, and we tried both, they were delicious. Their ingredients seem to be locally grown, very fresh, and the flavors were great. For lunch on the second day, we ate at their Western restaurant, and my son absolutely loved their pasta – the taste was so authentic – and the pizza was good too. In the hot afternoon, we went to do some handicrafts. I really have to commend the staff here; they are all kind and patient, and their service is truly superb. We had an elderly lady, over 80, with a wheelchair, and their sightseeing cart was available on call, and they even helped us carry our belongings. We've been to so many 'attraction-style' tours, but this kind of relaxing trip is something we really need to do more often. You can come in all four seasons; it’s truly relaxing for the mind, body, and soul. There are also many water activities, and the kids had so much fun. The rose garden is beautifully maintained. And last but not least, what touched me the most was that we accidentally left a bracelet in the room because we were rushing during check-out. The hotel proactively called us and offered to mail it back to us. I’m so grateful!"

"The hotel service was absolutely excellent! They even helped us with our luggage. Each of the 61 rooms is unique, and at 35 square meters, they're more than spacious enough. The bathroom is completely open-concept! This time we brought our dog, and the hotel has a large lawn on the second floor where our dog could run around and had a blast! The restaurant is also dog-friendly, and while breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was delicious! When we checked out, they even gave us a cute mug as a souvenir! All this for just over 600 a night – incredible value for money!"

"The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The guesthouse owner was really nice and enthusiastic. She even recommended places to visit when we didn't know where to go. My kids had a great time staying there, even though it rained on the first day and we couldn't go out much. "The homestay is located on the north side of Mogan Mountain, about 10 to 20 minutes' drive from Yucun Cultural and Creative Square. To be honest, I booked two nights first, but I also thought about staying a few more nights if it was good. The homestays in Mogan Mountain are generally beautiful. This small courtyard is indeed well designed, and the green plants are beautiful, but the steps and stairs up and down also indicate that it is not very convenient to take luggage. The room is more than 1,000 yuan a night, marked as 40 square meters, but in fact it is not, because the two small boxes will hinder walking when opened, and the room is actually very cramped. In the words of my friend, you can't say anything bad about the service, but it is definitely not good. Sitting in the lobby, if you don't talk to the waiter, she won't take the initiative to pour you a glass of water. When I checked in, a little girl came to help me with my luggage. She took a light box, and I carried a heavy one to the second floor by myself. When I left, the two girls were at the front desk, and no one said hello, didn't bring us a bottle of water, let alone help take the luggage out. We just walked away in disgrace. My friend asked me not to criticize the waiter's problems. She said that these are actually the boss's concept problems. The fundamental problem is that the boss has a good service concept and instills it into the waiters, or standardizes the service through the formulation of systems. The waiters just do the work they are paid for. I think it makes sense. This homestay has a high rating and there were no bad reviews before, which I find incredible. By the way, the toiletries are L'Occitane, but the hair dryer is terrible."

Right in the lobby, the hotel owner's mixed-breed dog was sprawled in the middle of the entrance, exuding a lazy, 'I'm in charge' vibe. My room was upgraded to a standalone two-bedroom unit with a terrace and living room. With two bedrooms surrounded by lush greenery, I was very pleased. The decor isn't outdated at all. I enjoyed a SPA treatment and had dinner; the crayfish was especially fresh and delicious – truly their signature dish. Xiao Yan at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; after adding her on WeChat, she kept sending me updates on hotel activities. It was also my dog's first time seeing big horses and black swans. The hotel feels like a grand estate, and I'll definitely be returning many times. I'm sure it will get even better now that Trip.com has acquired it."

"A resort hotel in Moganshan. Over the weekend, with great weather and comfortable temperatures, I met up with friends to enjoy a relaxing two-day trip, complete with a BBQ and hot springs. The hotel has convenient parking with a decent-sized lot, and there are charging stations right at the main entrance, which is very handy. Outdoors, there are five fairly large tables perfect for dining and drinks. The overall environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the TV is a bit old, small, and doesn't support screen mirroring. 😀"
