"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"The hotel is located just one street away from Pattaya Beach, and the area downstairs is bustling. Songthaews (local shared taxis) are readily available right outside. The housekeeper was very thoughtful, creating a WeChat group beforehand to inform us of various important details. Check-in and check-out were also super convenient and fully self-service. The rooftop pool is very picturesque and great for photos."

"Rooms with a minimum of comfort but ok. What is not ok is the broken elevator, which goes into Out of service mode frequently with passengers inside. Also the blind out curtains in the rooms but be closed properly and the sun will blind your eyes first thing in the morning!"

"Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience."

"I originally booked a premium room, but was a bit disappointed to find it was a connecting room. The front desk upgraded me to a much better room. I had several interactions with them, and their service was excellent every time. I even got a towel elephant! The private beach's sand wasn't the best, but the fact that it was uncrowded made up for it. It's a shame I missed out on the cafe and happy hour."

"My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor."

"P Plus hotel is located in the heart of the nightlife in Pattaya. This means, that in few steps you are in bars and restaurants. On the other hand the bar noice carries to the hotel, especially if you room is on the west side of the building. The personnel (reception, bell boys, maids, maintenance, restaurant staff) of P Plus hotel are absolutely wonderful and helpful. They seem to work with a smile on their face. Hotel has excellent facilities. The pool area is wonderful, nice restaurant, the gym if excellent for the purpose and there are steam room and saunas if you choose to use them. The hotel is also very affordable (rooms, restaurants, room service). One con, in addition to possible bar noice, is that the room cleaning is ”dry” only, i.e. no mopping nor wiping the surfaces with a damp rag. This really shows in the room as they have accumulated dust. We stayed 34 nights and there was no ”wet” cleaning during our stay. Note! This is not the fault of the maids, but the management of the hotel. Many other three star budget hotels have daily wet mopping and surface cleaning. The rooms are small, but that is expected based on the hotel room description. There is no desk for working or similar so you better go to the restaurant or to the lobby when you need a desk."

"The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small. The location is excellent – only a five-minute walk to Terminal 21 and less than ten minutes to the Tiffany's Show. The beach is also very close, perfect for an early morning stroll when it's less crowded and the water is beautifully blue. Central Festival shopping mall is about 1.5 km away, and there's a Pop Mart right downstairs. However, I found the hotel staff to be less than enthusiastic. A staff member was mopping the floor, and I nearly slipped, but she just stood there laughing, which really upset me. Also, there wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese. Considering how many Chinese tourists visit, they should really have someone who speaks fluent Chinese."

"I was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃."

The hotel’s location is away from the crowded noise of Pattaya City but still very close to the cozy Baan Amphur Beach. Don’t miss the rooftop bar; it’s a total secret spot with a great vibe!"
