Lovely house in a very peaceful location. Super comfy room/bed and great shower.  Huge breakfast with homemade produce, perfect. Elizabeth is the perfect host.

There were security issues as someone opened my door which was locked while I was in the bathroom in the morning.  The door was closed quickly.  After some time, a woman knocked my door.  Since I didn’t understand what she said, I closed the door. Temperature of the air conditioner control panel could not be adjusted.

This place is very close to queen, and the room is spacious and clean.

Well located in Cathedral Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants around and only 5 mins walk to the city center, service can improve a bit at reception

Negatives: There were blood stains on our sheets and bedding. There was a QR code on the table that brings you to a support chat with the hotel. We messaged them about this but got no response, and still haven’t 2 days later. We went downstairs to ask the hotel bar staff for new sheets and they were provided to us but we had to change them ourselves. The room description said there was a city view but you can barely call it that. VERY thin walls. Could clearly and loudly hear the couple next door…. Positives: Really nice bar with a variety of good food and drinks. Great location - about 20 min walk to Victoria Square. Free beer upon entry. Access to Netflix. Convenient and easy self check in and check out. Free luggage storage after check out. Spacious room and bathroom. Overall great for the price.

Everything is fine. bus stop and many shops nearby. Purely. Friendly hostess. The room for three is a bit cramped. Well, the problem with all bed and breakfasts is the lack of soundproofing. In the presence of other noisy guests, you will wake up in the middle of the night. but you might be lucky with quiet neighbors. Breakfast is good + ability to cook

Из-за того что отель расположен в старом доме слышимость между номерами очень сильная, кто-то дверью хлопает кто-то по ступенькам поднимается, а если ещё кто-то включил вентилятор в ванной комнате и забыл его выключить можно вообще не уснуть всю ночь, как это было у меня. Персонал приветливый, чистенько, завтрак дают хоть и очень скромный.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from City Hall, with plenty of supermarkets and bars nearby. Public transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get to the Titanic Museum, the airport, and join day tours – perfect for independent travelers. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean, and for Belfast, these are perfectly good conditions. It was especially great to have a triple room, which really made our trip comfortable. Everything was fine.

From Belfast International Airport, take bus No. 300 to Queen Street, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the commercial street and some attractions, and can be reached quickly by walking or taking the bus.

The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the railway station and bus station. It has convenient transportation, good sanitation and good service attitude. It is especially good on the evening of September 18th. The young man on duty at the front desk is not afraid of the language exchange difficulties.
