"The location is near the train station and the tower. The room have drinking water and more space but very small toilet and bathtub. At night, the light is too bright, even though there is curtain. The luggage cannot leave for free at the front after checkout. The staff is welcome to help."

"First time in Osaka, and everything went smoothly! The hotel is super close to Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station, just a two or three-minute walk. It's a bit further from Hommachi Station, about a 20-minute walk. Apparently, after 10 PM, the subway to Sakaisuji-Hommachi stops running, so you'd have to take it to Hommachi and walk back. A taxi at night for 6km would cost around 4000 yen. The hotel staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. They spoke English and were also happy to use translation apps to communicate. The room had several options for housekeeping posted, which was a nice touch and showed great attention to detail. And the terrace is huge! There's even a torii gate on top of the building next door. Check-out was quick and efficient. The lobby for check-in is on the second floor, and they have free drinks and a lounge area. After midnight, the main entrance downstairs is locked, so you need your key card to get in, which feels very secure. The elevators also require a key card to access your floor. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but there are water dispensers on every floor. I opted to buy a big bottle of water from 7-Eleven, haha! 😂 Anyway, it was a great stay. It's pretty central and you can walk to most places. I'd definitely book again next time!"

"The location is excellent, with two train stations nearby and about a 10-minute walk to Tennoji Zoo. However, we were a little disappointed that the shower was not working initially. That said, the administrator responded quickly and changed our room immediately, even late at night, which we really appreciated. We hope the administrator can check the facilities more carefully before future stays. Overall, we still recommend this place."

"This accommodation is conveniently located near Imamiya JR Station, just a 5-7 minute walk away. There's a Lawson convenience store close by, and right next to Imamiya Station, you'll find a 100-yen shop called Petshop, along with a supermarket that's open from 9 AM to 9 PM. The room comes equipped with amenities like a kitchen, washing machine, and microwave. For cooking utensils, you'll need to contact the hotel staff. We stayed for 7 nights this time and got a great deal. We anticipate returning for another stay in the future."

"Fourth time staying here, and this time I came during cherry blossom season. The price was great, and the hospitality was as warm as ever. I pretty much stay here every time I'm in Osaka. The only thing is there aren't many single rooms available, but the soundproofing is decent."

"The room was quite clean and a decent size, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. However, it was perfectly functional – everything you need in a compact space. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, including a FamilyMart right downstairs. The subway station is about 700 meters away, less than a 10-minute walk, which is great. It's a good option if you're traveling solo or with family. The front desk staff included a Chinese lady, which made communication very easy. It seems like quite a few Chinese guests stay here."

"Good location, in a quiet area, but a short walk to a busy location. Friendly staff. Rooms don't give the same vibe/experience as the photo's, its more simple. It was clean but behind the tv the dust was piling up. But I still can recommend it since the value for money is good."

"Stayed here for four nights during peak cherry blossom season, and it offered great value for money. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It even had a washing machine and a balcony for drying clothes. The downsides were the mediocre bed quality and the noise from the railway, which was quite loud even with earplugs. Additionally, the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear noise from both upstairs and next door."

"The accommodation is quite close to the station, and it was great that I could walk to places like Dotonbori. The place was clean, and even though it's unmanned, their response was quick and good! If I go to Osaka again, I'd definitely stay here."
