"I absolutely have to give this place a huge five-star review! It completely exceeded my expectations. The room and common areas were absolutely on par with, or even better than, a five-star hotel – clean, tidy, and cozy. The pillows felt like latex and were incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Xinru at the front desk was so gentle and patient, and resolved any issues promptly, making for an excellent service experience. The driver who picked us up was so thoughtful; he came all the way into the underground area of the train station to find us, fearing we wouldn't find our way – I was really touched. Although the breakfast area isn't large, the spread was incredibly rich and featured a lot of local specialties. It was totally worth it, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"For my trip to Changbai Mountain, I didn't hesitate to book Songyuegong Folk Inn, and it absolutely blew me away! The inn is charmingly nestled in the vibrant heart of Erdaobaihe Town. It's just a short walk to Meirensong Park, making the location absolutely perfect! The moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by the charming Korean ethnic ambiance. The natural wood decor combined with traditional colorful paintings made it feel like I was staying in a cozy cottage straight out of a Korean drama. I must particularly commend the cleanliness. The room was absolutely spotless, with not a single wrinkle or stain on the sheets and duvet covers. The bathroom was also odor-free, and even the corners were sparkling clean. You could really tell the staff put a lot of care into their work. The biggest surprise was the smart home system throughout the room. Just by saying 'Xiao Du,' I could adjust the lights and draw the curtains. The smart toilet and constant temperature hot water were also huge bonuses. The owner's thoughtfulness was truly exceptional: they proactively arranged free pick-up from the high-speed rail station and even helped me plan my sightseeing routes! The underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm, and after a day of exploring, sinking into the plush bed melted all my tiredness away! I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Changbai Mountain!"

"The room quality was excellent. The owner was almost *too* enthusiastic, but it was clear they genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I didn't get a raw deal, haha. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; they'd enthusiastically help with any questions, even if the front desk didn't know the answer. And of course, the front desk attendant was a beautiful, gentle, and quite quirky young lady – a real sweetheart! She seemed to be constantly snacking, always eating. The room had a full smart home system, with Xiaodu proving very convenient. It was also very clean and well-equipped."

"The room was great! Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's very well-maintained. The butler service was also fantastic; the young lady was super responsive and helpful with every request. After hiking Changbai Mountain all day, coming back to soak in the hot spring at night was incredibly relaxing. Five stars all around!"

"The Guanshanyue Hotel has a great environment, only about a 20-minute drive from the Changbaishan scenic area. The surrounding amenities are excellent, and they even offer free high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, making it feel like a perfect getaway. Upon entering, the complimentary ginger tea was a thoughtful touch. We booked two family rooms, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged for them to be adjacent. The attached small balconies offered views of ice-covered greenery and the nightscape as soon as you opened the door, and they also led to the hotel's front entrance. From the main door of our room, it was just a short walk out of the courtyard to Eunduri Pedestrian Street – incredibly convenient! The hotel's design is cozy, the bedding is comfortable, and the attention to detail is superb. A big thumbs up! 🤩 The hotel staff are all young, vibrant, handsome men and beautiful women, who are warm and attentive. Our kids especially kept talking about the front desk lady during our stay: 'Sister gave us candy and biscuits, she gave us snow clips and arranged for skiing, she was so good to us!' 😂 When we checked out, she even gave us two souvenir gifts – truly thoughtful and sincere! 🥰 The only minor drawbacks were that the shower room lacked a rack for clothes. Although there were three hooks, we had to put our clothes by the door to avoid getting them wet. A shelf would be a good addition. Also, a small amount of water seeped outside the shower area, so we had to use a cloth to block it. The drainage could be improved. The heating in the room wasn't quite sufficient at night, but we could use the air conditioning for heat, so it was okay. 😅"

"Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak."

"I stayed here in Dalian, and it was excellent and very convenient. The community was quiet, with complete facilities, and pet-friendly. My beloved pet could play happily downstairs, and parking was super convenient. There was a buffet breakfast, which wasn't available when I booked, but the owner kindly added it for us. The breakfast was perfect for us—home-style, light, and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Changbai Mountain isn't very big, so getting around is easy. I think this community has the best location—quiet yet convenient. The air quality is superb; the air throughout Changbai Mountain is always fresh. 100% satisfied! Thank you, owner!"

"The owner is very nice. My two friends and I stayed there, and it was very spacious and comfortable. It had air conditioning and an electric blanket, so it was very warm at night. There's also a sofa, table, chairs, and a refrigerator. The location is excellent, close to both the Changbai Mountain scenic area and the food street."
