"This hotel boasts an excellent location. It offers a special VIP entrance to Changbai Mountain, saving you the shuttle ride from the tourist service center to the mountain gate. The direct bus to the Heavenly Lake summit uses a VIP lane, cutting down on waiting time. Overall, this saves at least 2 hours. The butler service is proactive, reaching out a day in advance for one-on-one communication to ensure on-time pick-up. The hotel breakfast is nutritious and delicious. In the evenings, you can enjoy the incredibly convenient and fantastic hot springs. The butler service is attentive, providing 24-hour assistance. You can even choose your preferred pillow, which is a lovely touch. We went up the mountain a second time and finally saw Heavenly Lake – it was absolutely worth it! For the North Slope of Heavenly Lake, the Crowne Plaza is an excellent choice. We also received a free upgrade to a mountain view room, offering a distant view of the snow-capped Changbai Mountain peaks!"

"The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the station, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded our room for free. On our last night, they thoughtfully considered our elderly family members and let us stay in the same room, saving us the hassle of moving – a huge thank you for that! The room was spacious and very clean, and there's an open-air hot spring on the top floor. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for visiting any attraction. Cloud Top Market and Endori are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, fruit stalls, a pharmacy, and bubble tea shops nearby – it's a bustling and very convenient area. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, it was a pretty good stay, satisfactory in all aspects. There's a private parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. The room was clean and tidy, and all the amenities were well-equipped. There's a laundry room, which made traveling much easier. So lucky to have seen the Heaven Lake of Changbai Mountain!"

"The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."

"This trip truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the high-speed train station, making transportation to and from super convenient. It saved us a lot of hassle and time on the road, which was a huge relief. The biggest surprise was the hot spring area, especially the children's splash zone, which was thoughtfully designed with clean and fun facilities. Our whole family, from young to old, spent a long time there, and the kids were thrilled the entire time – it was a real hands-off experience for us parents. The hot springs offered a good variety, and the water was clear and comfortable; we felt completely relaxed after soaking. The service was also excellent, the overall environment was clean and tidy, and it offered great value for money. It's really ideal for family travel, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"It was my first time in Changbai Mountain. I stayed at Guansong Xiaozhu in Erdaobaihe Town. The environment was great, the facilities were complete, and the room was very clean. Disposable slippers and toiletries were provided. The lady was very friendly and patiently answered my questions. I happened to catch the big market, which was quite lively and had a wide variety of goods. I also went to Enduli, where the photos were great. I was also lucky enough to see Tianchi Lake. It was a worthwhile trip. I've gradually come to like this town. The streets are sparsely populated, very quiet, and clean. It's a good place to stay for a while and experience it slowly. I will definitely come back if I have the chance."

"✅Anyone wanting to visit Changbai Mountain MUST stay at this hotel! Great price, great service, everything is perfect. It's ideal for Thai people because it has a bidet, and perfect for those wanting to visit Changbai Mountain National Park. 📍Location: Excellent. There's a delicious BBQ restaurant and a convenience store right next to the hotel. It's very easy to get to Changbai Mountain National Park (only 10 minutes away) or the train station (about 10 minutes as well). Very convenient for getting around (the owner always drives you there). 🩷Service: 10000/10! Just tell the owner where you want to go, and they'll drive you there, whether it's Changbai Mountain or the train station. When we checked in, we didn't have tickets for Changbai Mountain National Park, but the owner tried to talk to an agency, asking if the price was okay. If it was too expensive, they said they could take us somewhere else. They wanted us to have a happy trip. P.S. We finally booked tickets through WeChat, and the owner was so happy for us! Such a positive mindset. They supported us in every way, including recommending a nearby and affordable breakfast place. They even provided free fruit! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The people in this city are very kind. P.S. We traveled in China for 14 days and stayed in 5-6 hotels, but we were most impressed with this hotel. ☃️Comfort: Very good, very clean. Thai people will definitely like it because it has a bidet, air conditioning, heater, TV, and a kettle. The room size is okay for 2 people. If you are 3 or more people, I recommend booking a different room type. Also, those who are tall may have difficulty getting in and out of bed because the ceiling is sloped, requiring a lot of bending and straightening."

"Upon contacting the owner beforehand, we arranged complimentary pick-up from Changbaishan High-Speed Rail Station. The guesthouse itself has a very pleasant ambiance, is clean, and even has an elevator. Erdaobaihe isn't a big place, and the guesthouse's location is extremely convenient. It's excellent for exploring: to the left, about a kilometer away, are Edelweiss Park and Wetland Park, with Yunding Market further up a slope in the same direction. To the right, diagonally across the road, you'll find the Yikou Changbai Cultural & Creative Store. A short walk straight, then a right turn downhill, leads to Autumn Duck Park and Enduli. The room we booked was a bit small, but other room types opposite ours appeared quite spacious. All rooms are equipped with Xiaodu smart devices, the shower features a retractable clothesline, and there's a mini-fridge in the room. The towels and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Any small issues we encountered were quickly resolved after speaking with the owner. One minor inconvenience was a power outage one night, making the room quite stuffy. Power was restored around 5 AM, and the Xiaodu smart device immediately started talking upon rebooting, which unfortunately woke us up. On a positive note, the safety exits were very well-maintained and clearly marked. Breakfast offered a good selection including congee (porridge), soy milk, *youtiao* (fried dough sticks), steamed buns, corn, sweet potatoes, and various fruits."

"Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak."
