"It's hard to believe this is a five-star hotel. First, upon arrival, we were told that the room we booked didn't include hot springs, and we'd have to pay an extra 198 per person. However, the online booking price was only 2 yuan more. Be sure to check the dropdown list carefully when booking, or you'll be ripped off at the front desk. Second, the hotel environment was frankly disappointing. I've never seen such a shabby and noisy lobby; it was like a marketplace, and I couldn't even hear the front desk staff. The room was so small it was hard to turn around, and everything felt outdated. Plus, the location is extremely remote; only two restaurants showed up on food delivery apps… Finally, since we had no choice but to eat at the hotel, the restaurant prices were exorbitant, clearly designed to fleece customers, with no other options available. The breakfast selection was also very limited and lacked any local specialties. It was crowded, and the service couldn't keep up; I waited 20 minutes in line for noodles. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel!"

The Ibis Styles Hotel (Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center) was recently opened in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Antu. The hotel is conveniently located just 8km from Changbaishan Railway Station and 57km from Baishan Changbaishan Airport. Guests will find Enduri Water Plaza, Changbai Mountain Sky Flight Tourist Experience Center and Changbai Mountain Helicopter Sightseeing Flight Club just a short distance from the hotel. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The rooms were tidy and clean, and the facilities were convenient. The breakfast was also quite good. Since we were traveling with children and the elderly, we requested connecting rooms, and they carefully confirmed and arranged them according to our needs. The toiletries in the room were well-stocked for the number of guests. Parking spaces were reserved in advance in front of the hotel. Overall, the service was very satisfying. The hotel is close to the musical fountain and a food street, so the location is excellent. The front desk staff (a lovely lady) recommended local delicacies, and every single one was a hit. I would choose this hotel again next time. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was also reasonably located, not disturbing our rest. The bedding was clean and tidy. We even received complimentary museum tickets for our multi-night stay. The hotel's location is particularly good, close to the Edelweiss Reindeer Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, so you can enjoy flowers and scenery right outside. It perfectly met the needs of our family trip with both children and seniors. The hotel is also very close to the North Slope Transit Center, making it convenient for walking or taking a taxi. The Cloudtop Market is also within walking distance. The hotel offers high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, and they thoughtfully called to confirm. Since we were driving, we just drove there directly. The hotel is also very quiet at night; you can hear the sounds of insects and enjoy the night view, yet the streetlights are bright, so there's no concern for safety. I would choose this hotel again next time."

"This is a small, privately-owned hotel. I checked the online reviews before booking, and my stay was… okay. The room wasn't very big, and for the same price, I could have chosen the Lavande Hotel across the street. The facilities were relatively new, but there was a smoky smell when I entered. There are two restaurants downstairs that are open quite late at night. Getting around by taxi from here usually costs about 8 yuan, which is the starting fare. There's basically no one overseeing guests entering or leaving the hotel. Outside, it's a free-for-all for parking. The hotel robot delivered takeout quite quickly, and the front desk staff were responsive. I still recommend choosing a chain hotel; they might be more convenient in all aspects. The food inside Enduli was pretty good, and Tao Xiaochuan had a great taste. Changbai Mountain is mostly just various legends, I guess. Renting clothes at the foot of the mountain is convenient and practical; you don't need to bring your own. Nearby hotels like Puyue are all clustered together; the town isn't big, so you can stay anywhere."

"I was really happy with my choice to stay at Ibis for my trip to Changbai Mountain! The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a ten-minute drive to the North Slope scenic area of Changbai Mountain, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the hot water was consistent, and the AC kept the whole room cool. They also have a self-service laundry room, which was really handy for washing clothes after sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and efficient with check-in. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, enough to fill you up before heading to the mountain. Overall, it's the consistent quality you'd expect from a standard chain hotel, offering great value for money. It's perfect for a short trip to Changbai Mountain, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"Choosing Atour Hotel Changbaishan North Slope Erdaobaihe Collection Center for our trip to the Changbai Mountain North Slope was an excellent decision. Its location is a major plus. The hotel is very close to the North Slope collection center, just a few minutes' drive away, so there's no rush to get to the mountain early in the morning. Wetland parks and deer parks are within walking distance, making leisure and dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the town's food street and market, making getting around hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing us to rest well after a tiring hike. The smart facilities were complete, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, hot water was stable, and the humidifier helped with the dry climate of Changbai Mountain. The front desk service was warm and attentive, patiently explaining hiking注意事项 (precautions) and routes. The lobby thoughtfully provided fruit tea, and the self-service laundry and drying facilities were complete, making it easy to wash clothes during our trip. Breakfast offered a rich variety of nutritious options, ensuring we were full and energized for the mountain. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with complete amenities and great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Changbai Mountain North Slope, and I would choose to stay here again on my next trip! Five-star recommendation!"

If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"Not far from the high-speed rail station, with shuttle service. The driver was very friendly, and all the staff at the hotel were great, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel has a canteen for breakfast, and there are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. This time we chose a loft room, which was very spacious, with a bed for each of the three of us – super comfortable! No mosquitoes, very clean, and all facilities and amenities were provided, even disposable paper cups. Their hairdryer was excellent. The hotel is also close to Meiren Song Sculpture Park and the Skywalk, which are definitely worth a visit as the scenery is beautiful. If you're not in a hurry, you could easily spend half a day exploring there. 💗"

"Booked this hotel with friends for our trip to the scenic area, and the overall experience was surprisingly good. Caspian at the front desk was very easygoing, not the kind of overly polite enthusiasm. Check-in was efficient, and when we were debating our itinerary for the next day, Caspian helped us plan a convenient route based on road conditions, telling us where it gets crowded and how to get around easily. He also patiently answered small questions like whether food delivery could come upstairs and how easy it was to get a taxi. Check-out was simple, and luggage storage didn't require any tedious forms. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, making travel easy. The front desk's detailed and thoughtful service really helped alleviate our travel fatigue. It's great value for money, and I genuinely recommend staying here if you're visiting."

I've seen the 'Huazhu' brand in other travel destinations, and in similar locations, they tend to be on the higher end of the price range."

"This Vienna Hotel in Changbai Mountain exceeded my expectations, very satisfied! The area where the hotel is located seems to be a relatively new hotel district, clean and tidy, and very quiet. We drove here, and there's parking right in front. It's only a few minutes' drive to the restaurants in Erdaobaihe town center and the Yunding Market. The room was clean, though a small fridge would have been a nice bonus. The breakfast was quite abundant, with both Chinese and Western options, and the variety was decent. The small wontons were pretty good; if you don't set your expectations too high, you should be happy. After we checked out, we accidentally left our child's sandals behind, and the staff proactively contacted us to help mail them, which we really appreciated! A great choice for family travel!"

Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up/drop-off service: Very convenient, saves the hassle of calling a car and waiting. Travel butler service: Butler Da Ling'er provided attentive service and was always responsive. She was thoughtful and considerate; knowing we were immediately heading to Tianchi and our child hadn't eaten yet, she quickly prepared fruits and snacks in a bag for us to eat on the way. Unlimited access to the Lan Jing Julong Hot Springs for 3 adults and 1 child: After a tiring trip around Tianchi in the heavy rain, the hot springs were a therapeutic and relaxing experience for both body and mind. Lan Jing is the closest to the Old Mountain Gate, and the hotel's shuttle bus is the first stop, making everything very convenient. Choose Lan Jing if you're going to Tianchi. Highly recommended.

We were driving ourselves and had a bit of trouble finding the hotel parking once we arrived in the area near the scenic spot. The front desk staff guided us remotely to the parking, saving us the hassle of driving around in circles. The check-in process was handled with a constant smile, and they proactively recommended authentic local Korean ethnic cuisine. They also thoroughly explained the locations of nearby supermarkets, shopping malls, and gas stations. The check-out process was simple and quick, with no hidden fees. This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life. The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

The high temperatures persisted, so we came to Changbai Mountain to escape the heat and stayed at the Yunshuilanting Hotel. Upon check-in, Manager Dong, knowing we were two seniors over 70, provided us with the warmest service imaginable. She patiently explained the surrounding area, important considerations, and evening activities, and even brought us local seasonal blueberries. It felt like home, with the warmth of children around us. Despite it being peak tourist season and the hotel being fully booked, the cleanliness and dining were still top-notch. Of all the places we've stayed in Changbai Mountain over the past few days, this was by far the best experience. Manager Dong is an excellent leader, managing an outstanding service team.

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
