The hotel environment is elegant, and the common areas are clean and spacious. My room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and there was absolutely no strange odor. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep after a long day of travel. The bathroom facilities worked well, and the hot water came quickly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. It's already on my list of preferred accommodations, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the smart room features provide an excellent experience. The service is attentive and heartwarming. If you're visiting Chengdu and looking for quiet yet convenient accommodation, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The rooms are spotless and feel brand new, with diligent daily cleaning by the staff. Even after a full day of sightseeing, returning to the room feels incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Such attentive service ensures every moment of the trip is filled with ease and comfort.
