"The value for money at Hiyou Hotel is absolutely incredible! Not only are the rooms clean and tidy, but it also comes with an all-inclusive pass for attractions. You get access to the hot springs, water park, and scenic cable car – everything! Our butler, Gao Jing, provided excellent and attentive service throughout, answering all our questions and saving us a lot of hassle. The breakfast even features authentic Northeastern Chinese dishes, which were delicious. I highly recommend it for families with children!"

"Our trip was super convenient, staying at the Jinhua Suite Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the attractions included in our room package. During our stay, the hotel provided many complimentary benefits, including access to the hot spring water park, which made it very convenient to enjoy. Before our arrival, a concierge named '7-Up' (Qixi) added us on WeChat and provided excellent service. They gave us various travel suggestions beforehand and responded promptly to all our questions during our stay. The hotel exit on the first floor leads directly to a shopping street, which is very handy with many restaurants, making dining and entertainment incredibly convenient."

"The twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"I requested a room change, and Bolin at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I was in a hurry to leave, so she even helped move my luggage to the new room, which I really appreciate! The scenery is beautiful, and the environment is lovely with butterflies (see photo P3). The breakfast was absolutely delicious – it felt like a little Nordic experience in China! 👍"

"This hotel is located within the resort, offering a quiet environment. Concierge Xiao Chen thoughtfully arranged an upgrade to a family room for us. They also helped us organize round-trip transfers for our last-minute rafting trip, which made our overall itinerary much less stressful. The hotel also provided great perks, with the water park and slide being my kids' favorite activities."

"The butler contacted me in advance, and the executive lounge receptionist's name was Tutu. I mentioned bringing a child, and they proactively offered to note a request for a bed-joining setup. Even with high occupancy, they managed to arrange a one-hour late check-out on the last day, which was very reliable. The room was on the seventh floor with high ceilings and was spacious enough, providing a very comfortable sense of space. The hallway could get a little noisy, especially with children's voices in the summer, but it didn't affect our sleep at night. We had the dinner buffet included in our package. Remember to get the grilled skewers from the outdoor area – there's no limit! The lamb skewers and gizzards were delicious, but the cakes were the absolute best! Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. The shower was in the bathtub, but there was a non-slip mat and disposable bathtub liners provided. The shower curtain was also clean and had no musty smell. All three of us found it accommodating. The toiletries and hairdryer were branded, which we really liked. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for getting anywhere, with the commercial street just a few minutes' walk away. Right outside the restaurant is a large grassy area, perfect for a pleasant evening stroll after dinner. Both the concierge and front desk staff were very enthusiastic with their service. It was a great choice for this trip."

"Our first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room."

"The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The room size is just right, fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about where to put your belongings. The indoor lighting is bright, and the mattress and bedding provide a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower is spacious with instant hot water. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Although the breakfast variety isn't extensive, all major categories are covered, and the quality is excellent, placing it among the best in its class. There's a medium-sized grocery store downstairs, which is a rare find in a small town, making it convenient to stock up on food. Overall, my stay here was fantastic. We arrived in the afternoon, stayed one night, visited the Southern Tianshan Scenic Area the next day, and then chose to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and reasonable prices. The hotel's immediate surroundings are a bit less appealing; it's located near residential areas, and there's a relatively narrow road in front with parked cars, making it look a bit cluttered. However, this seems to be the norm for the entire town, so the hotel likely has limited control over it. There's a decent-sized parking lot diagonally across from the hotel. While it charges external users, it's free for hotel guests, which is a plus! However, the parking lot isn't paved and is a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance, making it a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. I hope the hotel can improve the parking facilities in the future."

"This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍"
