This is a small hotel with only 8 rooms. The first 4 rooms on the lower level have a garden view and a small patio area with a table and chairs. Everything in the room is beautiful and very cozy; you can tell they put a lot of care into it. The mini-bar is included in the price. The pool and the other rooms are located on the upper level. The hotel itself is on a hill with narrow paths leading up to it, so we got there by scooter. The front desk staff are very pleasant, and everything is charming and respectable.

The rooms are clean, neat, safe, good service, comfortable travel.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

We stayed at the Garden Sea View Resort in the new building. The room itself was excellent: very clean, fresh, and housekeeping was top-notch. However, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings due to the service and some strange incidents. The main issue was the mornings. Out of our five-day stay, someone knocked on our door every morning, and the fire alarm went off at 7 AM three times. It strongly felt like the staff had a peculiar way of 'waking up' guests for breakfast, as there were no other reasons for the siren to blare so regularly. Speaking of the staff, all the Thai employees seemed rather melancholic and sad; the usual hospitality was notably absent. The clientele was almost exclusively Russian. Breakfasts were quite mediocre and lacked variety. The grounds are pleasant, and the pool itself is nice, but it appeared to be rarely cleaned. There was always a 'herbarium' floating in the water: leaves, sticks, twigs, and flowers. In conclusion: The new building offers comfortable accommodation, but be prepared for an early 7 AM wake-up call and less-than-cheerful service.

I've stayed at LK Crystal Place before, but was shocked because all the rooms were fully booked on various websites. I thought I'd have to book elsewhere. However, I checked on trip.com and saw that LK Crystal Ville still had rooms available, so I booked right away. For those who don't know, LK Crystal Place and LK Crystal Ville are in the same group and the buildings are close to each other. You can walk to each other by checking in at LK Crystal Ville (should be Building 3). This time, the price was quite higher than booking at LK Crystal Place (should be Building 2). I checked in around 10 PM. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and seemed to remember me. They asked how many nights I was staying and provided complete information. There was a 500 baht security deposit (refundable after check-out). This time, I got room 4610 (Building 4, 6th floor), and breakfast was served at this building. I must say that there must have been a lot of Chinese tourists this time because during breakfast (breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM), there were at least 15 tour buses leaving the hotel. The room was quite nicer than the one at Crystal Place. The bathroom had a bathtub and the TV signal was clearer. The TV stand, refrigerator, and wardrobe look newer. There is a shower, hot water, and a bathtub (the advantage is that the wet and dry areas are separated). There is a hair dryer and other amenities in the room that are quite new. There is a kettle, coffee, and tea. The room seems a bit smaller than Crystal Place, and there is no sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet, which is quite tasty. I like the rice porridge, salted eggs, and sesame oil pickled cabbage. There is a sign in front of the elevator warning Chinese tourists not to make loud noises outside the room (but you can still hear people talking, like they are arguing outside the room). Late at night, someone knocked on the door and tried to open it (it might be a Chinese person who entered the wrong room or came to see their friend in the wrong room). Things get chaotic when the Chinese tourists get off and have breakfast, but when the Chinese tourists leave, it is peaceful and comfortable. The swimming pool is large. Overall, this accommodation is okay, but if I have the chance, I would go back to the original building because it is cheaper, even though the TV signal is not very clear and the bathroom has no partition, so when taking a shower, water splashes out to the dry area.
